Voltin is my one and only oc. He is a mewtwo clone experiment of scientific meddling with Giratina. May not be phisicaly the strongest mewtwo out there, but does have an incredibly powerful teleportation ability. He can easily teliport anywhere, other universes, dimensions, or realities. He apeares as a tall version of a Mega Y Mewtwo with suttle differences. His fur is silver white and turns pitch black the longer it grows. Scars were caused by his escape from the laboratory that created him. Cuffs that punctured his flesh were permenatly clasped to his forearms and connected to gravity anchors. This kept him trapped as the scientists experimented on him untill he finaly tore himself free and escaped. Very curious, playfull, and light hearted personality. Enjoys seeking out other interesting species and doing odd jobs.
