Terms of Service: Current as of January 1st, 2023

I am an Adoptables/"YCH" Your Character Here/Commissions Artist.

I exercise my right to refuse a commission/character if it goes against my TOS
or I feel uncomfortable with the content/Client.
If I refuse your commission/character,
that does not mean you are on the blacklist unless otherwise stated as so.

Payment is to be paid within 24 hours of request unless previously discussed otherwise.
I will allow holds but only if needed & for NO MORE than 1 week. IF longer than a week, each day will be an extra $1.

All payments must be made in United States Dollars
and processed through Paypal or CashApp unless stated that DeviantArt Points
are applicable in the Description of the chosen commission. If DA Points are the paid currency, you must contact me before you pay.

I will not haggle my prices and all discounts or grouped pricing changes
are given at my disgression. If you are begging for discounts
or haggling my prices down,
I will refuse your commission and put you on my personal blacklist from future auctions/commissions.

I will not work with Nazis, white supremacists, racist, or queerphobic people. I will not make anything referencing or promoting Right or Conservative propaganda.

I absolutely require a picture reference for your commission
so that I may color correct my working palette without hassle;
unless I am making your reference sheet for you.
If that is the case, I require an accurate color palette
and in length description of your character.
If heavy edits are required due to your description
not being adequate enough, an editing fee will be mandatory.


I refuse to work on a NSFW or nude commission for a minor
in the client's respective country or someone who is under the age of 18.
If it comes to my attention that the client is under 18
and still demanding nsfw work of me,
I will refuse their commission without refund and ban them. This is their only warning.

I try my best to keep my turnaround time for art as quick as mentally possible.
I deadline myself to a singular piece of art,
depending on it's complexity to take no longer than two weeks
from time of payment unless purchased with multiple pieces
or is a complex commission.
Unless otherwise stated in a public journal,
all queued commissions will be finished within the time frame of 2 days to 2 weeks.
If for at any reason it takes longer than this,
I am happy to refund partial payment after time spent on said commission.

I do my best to be as helpful and cooperative with clients as I can be
and require you to do the same. If you start to become difficult to work with
or asking for impossible things,
I will refuse your commission and blacklist you with a partial refund, minus time spent.

I reserve the right to use your finished commission/character as advertisement upon my behalf online
but I will not use it commercially, ie: For Prints or keychains etc.
I shall also post the artwork on my FurAffinity or other Social Media at my disgression, including proper character credit.

If you want to keep your commission/character private, please contact me about it *before* I accept the commission/character as it will incur a Privacy Fee, as finished commissions are used as my highest form of advertisement. The more strenuous the piece, the more the fee will be but will never go over 10$ usd.

It is absolutely against my TOS to take a commission/character or free art/character that you have gotten from me and photo manipulate it in any way. This includes tracing over or drawing "edits" on top of them. You may not move the watermark, but you can Ask me to move the watermark. You may come to me and ask for extra edits or changes for a fee, but I will not tolerate people ripping off my art and passing it off as their own. If found doing so, you will be permanently blacklisted. Certain edits can be made but please please come ask me before changing any designs ive made. I am also willing to change the gender of a character I have made. IF it is something I am not comfortable doing, I will direct you elsewhere and give permission to another artist to alter.

YCH Commissions Work outline:
*I do not give refunds for started work unless I offer it first.*

●1. Request Form is sent and accepted.
●2. All required materials to complete the Commission are handed over.
●3. Payment is sent and cleared.
●4. Commission is placed in the queue.
●5. YCH is completed to the best of the YCH's perimeters and sent for approval.
●6. The client is given one round of editing lineart and coloring, anything more than that is subject to 50% price of commission editing fee.
●7. Completed YCH is sent to client.
●8. .PSD file is *always* deleted after approval, once approval is given, there are *no* changes to be made.

Terms of using uploading any art or character I have done

●1. Credit must *always* be given, preferably always linked to my accounts rather than just written. You may tag Evalynnbloodmoon on FA, Lunaeverblood on DA, Evalynnbloodmoon on TH, or any other account that is verified to be mine.
●2. Always link the base maker as well no matter what.
●3. Never Ever claim the work as yours. If I find out you did I will give you one chance to properly credit. If not i will blacklist.
