It’s not really something I’ve talked about on this platform, but I am a longtime player of TTRPGs. I’ve demo’d at GenCon and both played and ran games spanning years of my life. Recently I’ve finally started watching actual plays as well, one of my favorites being High Rollers.

I was thrilled when they announced they were doing a source book on their current campaign of Altheya: The Dragon Empire. It’s on Kickstarter right now and I wanted to bring it to everyone’s attention. What I like in particular about the project is the fact it’ll largely be a lore book that can be adapted to a variety of game systems while also having character options.

A key feature of the setting is the Wildheart ancestry which covers the main furry archetypes of full animal appearance and the typical ears+tail. Also, there will be plenty of hot dragons to learn about and, promised by the creators themselves, romance! <3
