General Information
[♥] Commission prices as shown are subject to change based on complexity or difficulty of desired piece.

[♥] Clear and full visual reference and/or description of desired commission is required to be provided by the client. A quote will be provided by the artist.

[♥] Payment for commissions Will come paid in full prior to any work being done on the piece.

[♥] Once price has been agreed on any extra work done by the artist will not have any additional cost throughout the work process, unless additional content is requested. In the event that a commission takes far longer to complete than originally agreed upon, a full refund may be issued at the artists discretion. No rights to the original sketch will be lost if requested, but special disclosure information may be provided. Commissions may be upraded at an additional cost in corospondence with the price of desired change (such as upgrading from a sketch to a colored piece).

[♥] USD only, and payment must be processed through Paypal. Additional forms of payment will not be accepted.

[♥] The client may request additional changes during the sketch stage of a piece and give help with desired composition, but to an extent. Changes may not be made after the coloring stage (unless in the event there are errors, which will be corrected. However if there are errors that were not fixed in the original reference material that were not mentioned, no changes will be made).

[♥] The artist retains all rights to reject any critique on a piece pertaining to artistic skill or style (such as anatomy and shading style), or if any given critique reduces the quality of a piece.

[♥] Refunds work as follows. The client may ask for a refund at any time during the sketch stage. If a refund is requested during the sketch/ink stage there will be a 50% refund, and the artist will retain all rights to the sketch/ink. No refund will be issued after the coloring stage and the painting has begun. If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, there will be a 100% refund.

[♥] - The artist does not retain any rights to any character(s) in a piece post refund.

[♥] - The artist retains rights for any designs created by the artist post refund.

[♥] The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a refund due to bad communication, rude or innapropriate behavior, or inability to clearly communicate with the artist.

[♥] Communication about commissions should only be sent to the artist's personal work email.

[♥] The artist will not deal with any depictions of certain illegal activities, hateful imagery, or trademarked characters that the client does not have permission to use commercially. Certain fetish material are not considered for commissions, or must meet certain artist specifications. Fetish material that will not be drawn include baby fur, vore, macro, micro, hyper, inflation, muscle, watersports, transformation, and pregnancy. Other fetishes may apply, reference artist gallery for what is and isn’t acceptable.

[♥] The artist retains the right to display all regular commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. If the desired piece is time sensitive, public display may be delayed at the client’s request. Additional fees may be applied for personal work that the client wishes not to be shared publicly.

[♥] The artist retains all rights to the commissioned piece. This includes the rights to make prints and merchandise. As well the artist retains the right to make any changes to the commission afterwards to make changes for prints at the artist’s discretion.

[♥] The client reserves any rights to their original character any other other artwork, but not commercial rights of the artist's original work itself.

[♥] The client may not use any commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. With the sole exception of reselling merchansdise and physical prints. Any digital product may not be used commerically in any way.

[♥] The client may create prints for personal use (displays and decorations within a private home). The client may also resize/crop the artwork for use as icons, wallpapers, and other similar uses, so long as it is not used in a commercial manner. Any reposted artwork must be credited to the original artist in some form. Unwatermarked versions of artwork may not be reposted online.

[♥] The artist may use any unused or rejected sketches/artwork for any future artwork.

[♥] By sending any payment to the artist, the client must read and agree to the Terms Of Service listed above (and below).

[♥] Reference images should at least be of a high resolution (1080 or higher).

Adoptable/Auction specific

[♥] Any bids/offers must be made within the given time frame. Payment should be recieved within a 24 hour period following an offer.

[♥] Please credit the artist when reposting artwork and characters.

[♥] Owners of adoptables may repost and retain commercial rights to the design. However this does not include the original artwork for the character.

[♥] Changes to original artwork by others is not permitted.

[♥] Clients may requests minor changes to an adoptable for a small fee. Addiontal features may be changed in any future artwork.
