one year in… (G)

wanted to take a moment to be a little sentimental – it’s been almost a year since I got my iPad and started learning to draw. honestly, it’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I’ve had so much fun growing and creating, and I really want to keep pushing myself to get better.

over the next year, I hope to make more meaningful connections and keep learning from the people around me. it can get a little overwhelming sometimes – getting frustrated with a piece or feeling like I don’t have anyone to bounce technical stuff off of – but that’s okay. I am learning to be proud of myself for how far I’ve come, and excited for how much further I can go :3
