So on the 23rd of November I turned 20, I woke up that morning thinking that it was going to be a good day considering it was my birthday and all. It was the first time with my family in a month, I don't go there often because, well, I just get stressed out when I am home. But anyway, I decided to try and spend my birthday at home, my mom's boyfriend gave me $20 so I decided to buy a 30 rack of Natural Ice so I could get drunk. I called my friend Ian and he came by then me, my mom and Ian went to my sisters house to go drink there. So it ended up being me,my mom,my sister,Ian, my sisters boy friend Justin and my sisters husband Darren (Don't ask haha). Anyway, we all start drinking and the night started out decent, until we all had 1 beer to many. None of us really like my sisters husband for really good reasons, so my sisters boy friend got upset that night and some words were said. By this time my mom had gone home. It almost turned into an all out brawl at my sisters house, Justin was holding me against the fence so I wouldn't attack Darren while he was convincing Ian to not either. The cops eventually show up but they left after realizing nothing terrible was going on. After that my mom comes back to pick me and Ian up, and thats when things got bad. Yelling started about the incident which brought upon drunken arguments, stupid arguments to. My mom was saying how she was breaking up with her boyfriend because she was embarrassed to see our family act like this so I was sticking up for my mom's boyfriend telling her that is stupid. Then we get to my grandmothers house and all hell breaks loose. Right after Ian's dad picks him up at my grandmothers house, every one in the house starts yelling all at once. I don't even remember what all the arguments were about but what ever, what ended up happening is that I go so pissed off at the yelling and every one ignoring me that I stood up, punched the computer desk and then punched a hole in the wall. Then I start heading for the door to leave but my mom's boyfriend held me back and I tried to get him to let go of me as the blood gushing out of my hand gets all over his shirt. Then my grandmother freaks out and decides she is going to call the cops. So right after she dials 911 I get out of my mom's boyfriends grip and book it out the door and run in the woods to chill till the cops got back there and left, that was my plan any way. I sat there on the wet ground for a good 15 minutes and decided to go back to the house after seeing a cop leave the house. So I walk in the house only to see a cop standing in the kitchen, looks like I had not seen the other cop car outside. So the cop tells me to go outside to the car and asks me if I had been drinking. Of coarse I said no so then he asks me if I want to take a breathalyser test, and again I say no, only this time right after I said no he tells me to put my hands behind my back. He put the cuffs on me and puts me in the car and drives me to the station after telling me to shut my mouth after trying to ask him some questions, the cop was a dick head. So I get to the station and they give me a court date (December 2nd) and I had my sister come get me, or else I would had to of stayed the night in county jail. So pretty much, my birthday sucked dick, and since this is my 2nd offense I may be going to jail on the 2nd of December. =[
