TOS:

I. Disclaimer:
- This artwork is a digital service, and so it doesn't require any shipping.
- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if I feel I cannot complete it.
- Terms and conditions are subject to change to protect myself and the commissioner from harm.
II. References and Editing:
- Image references only are accepted. Text references are not accepted unless you are buying a custom design.
- The customer is responsible for having clear references and clear details and descriptions so that the artwork is accurate.
- I will make edits to the work after completion if I made a mistake. Edits that are due to the customer being unclear may require a fee.
- If I have not started the artwork you may edit your commission request.
- Do not edit the artwork without my permission.
- Do not remove my signature!
III. Payment
- Invoice must be paid in full in USD currency.
- I will not begin until after payment.
- Payment can not be cancelled without discussing with me.
- No refunds unless I am unable to finish the commission. If the commission has been started a percentage of the refund will be deducted for the work done.
- I will NOT do more than I am paid to do, no freebies, adding things to the image will cost extra
IV. Progress:
- Check my Queue to see my current progress with your commission.
- You may ask for progress for your commission.
V. Artistic Rights:
- This artwork may not be used for commercial use, profit, or promotion unless I give explicit written permission.
- The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use and personal display. The art may also be used by the commissioner as icons, wallpaper, and other decoration with proper credits to me.
- I, as the artist, reserve artistic rights over the artwork.
VI. Sharing:
- You may post the artwork elsewhere but always credit and link back to me on one of my sites.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own.
- Only the commissioner and myself have the rights to post the image.
- I, as the artist, have the right to post the image, use it in portfolios, and in other forms of publication.

RULES:
- By purchasing you agree to my terms of service for artwork and designs
- I will begin after payment. Accepting Paypal USD and Points :points: only! $1.00 = 100 Points
* After the commission is done I mark your invoice as "Processed" and you will receive an email. It just tells Paypal the digital good is finished and sent.
- Prices may vary based on character and/or scene complexity and added details such as props.
- Prices are per character. First come first served. No holds, so you must be ready promptly after claiming.
- Must have references and details ready when buying. I don't accept written/unclear references.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel uncomfortable or unable to draw it.
- Never use my artwork for profit unless I give you explicit permission. We can discuss Commercial use but it will require fees and extra rules.
- Uploading my art to other sites is fine, but always credit me and link to one of my sites.
- You may ask for progress to see how far I am with your commission. I will contact you when I start and will give you wips of the piece
- I can do edits after finished if it's due to my negligence. Edits because the customer didn't specify something may cost a fee.
- You may not edit my artwork without my permission.

DO'S AND DON'TS:
I can draw Anthro, humanoid, monsters, taurs, closed species, most body types, nsfw content, nudity, some detailed characters (including flowers, detailed armor, jewelry, skulls, scales, feathers, props, clothing, ext.) some guro, sfw ferals.
I won't draw very pastel colored characters (I am somewhat colorblind and very light colored ocs is near impossible for me to see) Real people, hateful/disrespectful content, rape, minors, extreme fetishes, nsfw of ferals/minors.
