- All purchases are final, meaning that no refunds are offered once the purchase is complete.
- The buyer will receive exactly what they see in the submission posted; which is the character they chose to purchase.
- Purchases through Paypal will be given an invoice which you'll have 48 hours to pay or the design will be relisted.
- These are digital goods, no physical item will be going out unless stated otherwise (given the nature of adopts; is unlikely).
- Credits used for bases are always in the description (I can show proof of ownership of each if owner of the base asks).
- Please do not purchase anything from me if you are under the age of 18, just a preference.
You may:
- Resell*, gift, or trade a purchased character (you do not have to inform me of where they go).
- Make edits/changes to a design- go nuts, however you still have to credit me for the original design.
* When reselling, you may not resell for above the purchased value, unless extra art has been commissioned/done/added.
You may not:
- Post the original adopt art online without crediting me (Toyhou.se entry / high res image is given upon purchase).
- Turn any of my designs or creations into a species (includes open/closed species, I am not comfortable with this).
- Use any art for profit/commercial use (most art is on a base and is credited, I do not have permission to grant this).
- Use any of my designs, art, or concepts for N*F*T use. I am strongly against them (no warning will be given).
- Buy designs to immediately turn into premade suits for a profit.. not sure if I'm comfortable with it at the moment.
Failure to follow my TOS would result in a warning. repeatedly violating will result in being blacklisted and blocked.
Fresh new accounts I will be less lenient with and will receive no warning, just a heads up.
( Heads up that sold adopt posts are moved to scraps! )
