i was promised HELP (i'm clinically stupid) (G)

i've been trying, making phone calls constantly and reaching out to people for help for this caregiving shit and it culminated the other day when my cousin was being evicted and needed to stay at a place, and she even said "I can help take care of your ma when she's home from the hospital"
so naturally i'm like great, holy shit finally finally finally there REALLY IS hope, so she needed help getting some deposit for her storage and shit and I had to wire transfer $1,000
well she pulled out and doesn't wanna help and I won't be seeing that money ever again probably, I feel simultaneously fucking stupid and betrayed and to think someone could do that
i am working as hard as i can to find out what i can and i don't like constantly being at the brink of a panic attack almost every other day, this is just gross and i'm so hateful towards just, everything.
