Rewritten "Happily N'Ever After" (G)

I start writing Happily N'Ever After film because:
In January 5th, 2007, a animated film "Happily N'Ever After" was released in theaters under Disturbed by Lionsgate Film, it was recently negative reviews giving 4% on Rotten Tomatoes, not only that, it was a box office and financial failure, like seriously, it is a disaster.
However, I decided to rewriting Happily N'Ever After, my version will be different, instead of Fairytale stories goes haywire, it will be story rewritten with no happy ending (something like Scary Stories: That Tell in the Dark) with happy ending page missing and ripped out (something like Disney's Villains Revenge)
The genre could be involved with Science Fantasy & Horror Comedy at the same time instead of fantasy adventure comedy. Since i would do a horror film. I could remake it, but in a children's one with adult humor (something like Helluva Boss & Hazbit Hotels cause it a adult animation and dark comedy/humor)
This is to anthonyhanssens & WyattOsuba3117 is to pitch this idea, what you guys think about this idea?
