by creating art and selling characters for you within legal tender, as an artist, i am entitled to rights and rules regarding this service.

terms of service:
💕 due to art being non-returnable on effort and time, i don't offer refunds once payment is received
💕 you must credit me as the design creator
💕 you can change little things about the design as long as its recognizable to the original
💕 any payment plans or owed art to myself must be done within the week
💕 i dont provide unwatermarked versions of my work to prevent theft
💕 if we agree on a temporary trade or exchange, you MUST honor it and return what was sold or given to you.

terms of use:
💕 upon receiving payment, you completely own the design / character you purchased. meaning you may draw them, pay other artists to draw them, use them in your projects, etc.
💕 you are free to resell or trade a character you purchased, just please don’t resell for higher than you bought it unless more art is attached.
💕 you CANNOT use any design / character you did not purchase without the owner’s specific permission.
💕 do not steal my work. meaning, do not repost my art, remove the watermark from my images, heavily reference, edit, or trace any piece i create.

regarding my personal work:
💕 do NOT kin with my ocs, or RP with them or use them in any of your projects without my permission!!
💕 do not repost my art to other sites!
💕 my art was not created for tracing/referencing purposes so please don't do that!
💕 fanart is fine but PLEASE tag me so i can see it and properly credit me as the character owner.
