+Dragon Café is a small café created from magic, it provides unlimited, free refreshments, has the ability to self-clean the interior and is open to members only, the café has 34 seats available at a +time.

+These are the rules within the premises of the café:

+1. Only members are allowed within the café.
+
+2. Consumption, harassment, violence, sexual abuse and verbal abuse of other customers and staff are prohibited.

+3. Intentional damage to equipment and facilities are prohibited.
+
+4. All drinks are free of charge.
+
+5. The café is open for as long as the customers wishes to stay.
+
+6. Illegal meetings, deals and/or gambling is forbidden.
+
+7. Disturbance of other customers are prohobited: This includes loud music, loud conversations, loud activites and making too much noise.

+8. Breaking any of these rules are prohibited.
