Hey all again!

Like last time, this is just me ranting and raving about my year. You don't gotta read anything. Except, happy new year and I wish you all the best in 2026.

If you are in anyway remotely interested then take a seat and lemme tell you what happened to this deer in 2025. First of all, I just wanna say that this year has been amazing for me. Quite possibly one of the best. It all began in February with NordicFuzzCon 2025. I had planned the trip out so that I would would go to Stockholm first and then get the train down. Stockholm was amazing. It was such a winter wonderland whilst I was there and I got to go to the Arsenalen tank museum where I got to see some of my favourite tanks.

NordicFuzzCon

After having a great time and meeting loads of cool people at Furnavia 2024 I decided I'd go to NFC as well. Reple had encouraged me to go and I was really hoping I'd get to room with him this time. Though, at the time, we were just good friends and he was in a open relationship. Luckily, I got my wish. Getting to room with them was amazing. It definitely made me realise just how crazy I was for him. Without him the con wouldn't have been the same. He also brought me along on all his adventures and took me to some great parties. There, I got to hang more with   xnirox who is so awesome and was a joy to hang with. I did also get to do my own thing though and meet more cool people. At the dealer's den, FurryFursuitMaker approached me saying how much they liked my character. I recently had inherited some funds and wanted a suit so without thinking, I commissioned them to make my guy. We arranged a deadline of Furnavia 2025. All I had to do then was wait.

After the con, I spent a couple days in København and had a great time at first. I got to spend a day with Reaxie too who was such a gentleman and showed me all over. Though, the day after con crud hit and I died. Getting the plane home the day after was brutal. I was glad to be home.

Once I was home. It went back to business as usual. Working and occasionally attending the London Furmeet. During one of the meets, Læxi messaged me and told me about a outdoors convention they were hosting north west of Oslo. I was feeling good so I said I'd go.

Anthros & Alpine

This was a pretty short convention but had a really cool location. It was held at a ski resort called Noreheim. I'd never skied before but was willing to try. The con also had a cozy cabin vibe. It was super nice. Though big thanks to Ambi for keeping me company at the con. After the con, I met up with Reple again. We had a lovely time in Oslo together.

Things calmed down again in the spring. Just enjoyed the nice weather and got lots of the art you've already seen on my gallery. That was until May.

Girona

I hadn't been to Girona for 5 years since my dad passed away. This is where he'd been living since he had retired. I was a little nervous about going as I was worried I'd be sad but it was a lovely trip all in all. It actually felt like it had been enough time and all I could think about was the good times we'd had there. I'd love to go back in 2026. Perhaps with Reple if we can.

Sommertiden

June and July were more busy months. June began with a trip to Hamar to visit Reple's then home. By this point, he had broken up and was single again. Which I admittedly found out while I was there. It was at this point our relationship really started to take off. We enjoyed walking around and I cooked him food.

Later in June, I went to Tankfest with a long time non-furry friend. It was super sunny and the event was awesome. Picked up some knick-knacks and doo dads while I was there. Like a Panzergranate 39 round and a Panzerfaust. I also didn't get ill this year which was a plus.

Finally, I went to hang out with   Noxel_Amare in Kolding. This was a super cool trip. We mainly chilled and had a few brewskis but we also went to Legoland and did some bowling as L4D2 characters. I was Nick. He was Ellis.

Reple and Furnavia 2025

After I had been to Hamar, I invited Reple to Chesterfield where I live in late August. I showed him some of the local sites and took him to meet my mum. On the way home, we made it official! We agreed that we loved eachother and just wanted to be together. After that I took him to a London Furmeet. Unfortunately, I got ill again and didn't get him to the airport in time :'(.

A month later, at the end of September, we met up again for Furnavia 2025. This was easily the highlight of the year. The con was incredible and I had a lovely time. Also, if you remember all the way back to the NFC section, this is where I got my suit! We had an unboxing party. Then me and Reple were gay creatures together nonstop. I also got to meet   stephenwintre there. It was cool to meet the deer behind all the goon material. They're actually a cool dude.

Conclusion

The rest of the year was pretty quiet. Reple came to visit again a few weeks ago and we had a lovely time together.

I also just want to thank them. They have made this year for me. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have done half of the cool stuff I've done this year. They have brought such immense positive change to my life. Honestly, if it wasn't for them, this year could have been my last. I was in a dark place before I met them and they've filled my life with joy and given so much motivation to keep going and live to the fullest. They also gave me the motivation to begin working on some stupid gay passion projects I'd been putting off all 2024 so hopefully you'll see those in 2026.
