Hello furries, fuzzies, scalies and everyone else!
This is the FurAffinity homepage for DJs! Anyone who mixes, spins, records music or is just a fan of DJs and good music is welcome to join!
What is a DJ? Well simply put, a DJ or a "Disc Jockey" is someone who plays recorded music for a live audience. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disc_jockey
Want to DJ? Start with the basics! Virtual DJ is a free mixing program anyone can use~ http://www.virtualdj.com/products/homefree.html Youtube is a good source on "How To" videos. Everything from scratching to mixing is online. The next step is DJ equipment (mixers, tables, professional software, etc). Everyone has their own preference on which brand is best, so do your homework before you shell out $1400 for a set that is junk!!!
