A Tree Wolf, an evolved form of Wolf, makes it's home within the shaded foliage of large trees. Though nocturnal by nature, Tree Wolves function just as well during daylight hours, when necessity calls.
Physically, a Tree Wolf has a more stream line shape, similar to that of a Jackal. Their tails are nearly double the length of an un-evolved Wolf's. These rare creatures also have razor sharp claws, used for climbing and as a defense mechanism.
