Just a brief intro.

I've been hanging around the furry scene for a long long time. I had another account filled with favourites and read dozens of stories, but was always on the adjacent side. Transformations, body swaps, ferals, but I never really connected to "being a furry" until I started writing some story bits and pieces during Covid lockdown. As time went on I realised that my characters were become more and more fleshed out in my head and on paper. There always seemed to be a wolf called Denzel, whether he was an anthro, a feral or a werewolf of some kind (and if a female, she was called Jess). Come 2025 I suddenly realised that despite leaving it so long in life, that I almost felt I was Denzel and wanted to explore that a bit more. So here I am.

My realisation made me decide to create this account and finally start putting my stories online. A lot of them need a lot of work. Many are only sketched ideas or vignettes. A New Wolf however is a beginning-to-end arc, so I've started to publish it to see what folks think. I'm not trained in any way. This was just a way to try and be just a little bit creative in life, since I'm normally not, so I'm happy to take comments and criticisms on the chin to try and improve. A New Wolf will likely be ~50k words when finished, so probably 10ish parts. I'm actually lopping big bits of prose out to make it flow a bit faster. It has a definite end, but could have a sequel I guess.

Meantime, whilst this is happening I'm taking a look around the furry community in south west UK and joining in the best I can, and finding some kind artists to help me bring Denzel to life a bit. Name, animal and some sona have been developed via writing but what he looks like is still up in the air a bit.
