Official rules for Degils:

If you have any questions please contact any of our staff members.
Breaking these rules may result in blacklist, resulting in auction/adopt bans etc.
A Degil can be reclaimed at any time once the ToS is broken.


Getting a Degil:

You may get a Degil through MYO slots, Customs, Events, DTA's, or by buying/trading from other members.
You may look through the Marketplace to see if any Degils are available.
As Degils are a CLOSED species, you may NOT make your own Degil without the purchase of a MYO slot. Siblings or offspring of Degils also fall under this rule.
Once you get a Degil, please comment on the Master list Journal.

Rules for MYO's:

You may acquire a MYO slot by going to this journal.
After designing, upload your Degil to Sta.sh and please note BurningWhite or Lyra-lions for approval.
Remember the rarity of the slot you purchased. You may view them here. Please do not buy a common MYO only to add Uncommon - Legendary traits afterward.

Selling and Trading:

If you acquired your Degil by free means (e.g DTA, Raffles, gifted etc.), you may NOT sell your Degil. You may only trade or gift it away.
If you acquired your Degil through a MYO slot or a Custom, you may sell it for the price you paid for it or lower.
The only exemptions to the previous two rules would be if you bought art for your Degil. You may then sell your Degil for the price you paid for the art (plus the Degil's price if bought).
Please go to this journal to put your Degil up for sale/trade.
If you wish to leave the species with your Degil, please refer to the bottom half of this journal.

General Rules:

Do not harass other members about their Degils.
Staff do not recognize rules/and or trade terms between users.

Leaving the Species:

All these steps must be followed if you wish to take your Degil designs with you as you leave the group.
Please note that this process may take a while to complete, and your patience is very much appreciated.

1. First, please note BurningWhite or Lyra-lions about leaving the group. This does not automatically mean that the design is free. You must provide this information in the note:

REASON FOR LEAVING: (The group no longer interests me because...)
ACQUISITION METHOD: (Custom, MYO, Adopt, DTA, Other...)

(This is the form for one Degil. If you own multiple, please do the same for all.)

2. After your note has been replied to, you (or a consenting artist) MUST redesign the species. This is mostly to protect the species by not having active Degils outside the group. You may retain all colors and pattern used.
3. Once redesigned, note BurningWhite or Lyra-lions for confirmation. The staff of the group will then deliberate if the redesign is acceptable or not. Please do not argue if the staff do not agree on the redesign.
4. Once given the approval of the redesign, your Degil will be removed from the Master list and you are free to use the redesigned version as you see fit.
5. Please do note that should you use the Degil form of that design, the group will reclaim the Degil.
