Guess it's been a hot minute, hasn't it.

Turns out I vastly overestimated how long that post-hurricane stircraziness would carry and it lead to me crashing hard in terms of energy levels and whatnot.

I've done what I can to push my time towards creative endeavors, but the difficult reality of it is that I've spent a lot of this time with executive dysfunction in my way and that isn't a good recipe for success when you're in desperate need of work and limited to remote options only.

I don't imagine I'll write anything again any time soon, unfortunately, and there probably won't be art headed to this account either on account of my nonexistent budget.

If any of you are interested in my current creative endeavors (and care at all about D&D or Magic: the Gathering), a lot of my creative energy's been spent running my current D&D game and designing my own MtG sets. Not too much I can get into detail about without going into a massively rambling diatribe, but... it's a nice outlet for ideas if nothing else. Not an outlet I can use to make any money, of course, which makes it questionable if I should be spending the time I am on it given my current financial straits, but if my choices are "be unemployed and miserable" or "be unemployed and miserable and also run D&D" that's an easy choice c:
(Apologies if that joke lands a bit melancholic, but I'd rather acknowledge the mental health struggles I've been facing with a splash of levity than bury it or traumadump about it. It's been a difficult few months, but I'm still moving and I'll keep moving. <3)

Yeah, it's been an uneventful (*checks calendar*) 5 months almost??? Good lord.
I'll keep on keeping on, and hopefully the spring and summer fare better.
Hope you all keep on keeping on too. The world's getting scarier as of late, but it's been scary for a long time. Best we can do is be good to each other, yeah?
