Seller's Terms and Conditions

Artwork bought from Cooperkanga becomes property of the buyer and can be uploaded/used however they see fit. Edits to said artwork however must be clarified with the artist beforehand. This does not include resizing or cropping the image. If the artwork has a signature, do not remove/hide said signature without consulting Cooperkanga beforehand. If this image is uploaded without the permission of the original purchaser of the commission, CooperKanga gives full authority to the buyer to request it be removed from wherever it has been uploaded, should they wish to do so. If more assistance is required in situations like these, please feel free to contact the artist.

Refunds are available on direct request with Cooperkanga before the work is done, and may take a number of days to process. Refunds are based on amount of work already presented to the buyer: if visible signs of progress is not presented prior to the request for a refund, the full amount can be applied for. The artist will not present any sign of progress as a way to circumvent a refund request. If the completed work has already been presented, a refund cannot be applied for.
