TERMS

➤ Designs may be resold if you purchased them either from me or another user without the need to notify me.
➤ Designs may be traded for other designs, art, and any other kind of goods.
➤ Designs may be gifted to other users.
➤ Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours.
➤ Designs may be sold for a higher price only if they have extra art, either commissioned or drawn by you. However, before doing so you may contact me to check that the new price is appropriate.
➤ If the design is part of a closed species, before reselling/trading/gifting it you MUST, under any circumstances, contact me first. Without my approval, you are not allowed to give away the design.

DO NOT:

➤ Charge extra money without additional art.
➤ Resell/trade/gift a closed species design without notifying me first.
➤ Use the design commercially without purchasing commercial rights first.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

➤ Commercial rights are 300% of the final price of a commission. You are not allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes without paying me a commercial fee, or without my explicit permission. ➤ Commercial rights include, but are not limited to streaming, merchandising, movies, books, comics, etc.
➤ You may purchase commercial rights even after the initial purchase. In that case, you will be charged 200% of the initial cost to cover the commercial rights fee.
