I'm not all that interesting as you'd have it, I don't tend to do much other than draw. I'm very shy and keep to myself unless someone comes to me. I'm always willing to help out, and I'm not mean unless you're mean to me first. I believe that you get what you give for the most part. Have a chat with my if you'd like, as long as I don't have to start the conversation it's just fine. I'm in to spooky things and Halloween is my favorite holiday! I enjoy being cheeky even though it may come across as annoying. I enjoy making friends most of all! CHIRPS TERMS OF SERVICE
REGARDING CHARACTERS
• The trading, selling, or giving away of a character requires my written permission.
• You may trade, sell, or give away any character received from me until you have had it for a period of 30 days.
• Failure to obtain my permission to trade, sell, or give away a character will result in the character being taken back, without any sort of refund.
• Three strikes and you're out. If you trade, sell, or give away a character without my permission or before the 30 days is up, you receive a strike. Upon receiving your third strike you will become blacklisted.
REGARDING PREMADES
• I do not allow the switching of permissions to one user or another.
• Premades may not be included in the sale, trade, or giving away of a character.
REGARDING CUSTOM ARTWORK
• The inclusion of custom artwork made by myself of a character being traded/sold/given away requires my written permission.
• You may not include custom artwork by myself if you have not had the character or artwork for a period of 30 days.
• Failure to obtain my permission to include artwork will result in the art becoming void, meaning nobody will have the right to use it.
• Three strikes and you're out. If you include artwork in a trade, sale, or giving away of a character without my permission or before the 30 days is up, you receive a strike. Upon receiving your third strike you will become blacklisted.
REGARDING THE BLACKLISTED
If you're blacklisted this means that all permissions are revoked without a refund of any sort. You will not be able to purchase artwork, premades, or characters from me. You also may not receive characters created by myself from another user. If a character being traded, sold, or given to you has artwork by myself, it will become void until given to a user who is not blacklisted. If a user violates the blacklisted rules by trading a character by myself to a blacklisted member, they will become blacklisted as well.
• Strikes are in effect as of 10/22/2012 and will be listed below along with the offense.
