What is needed when Commissioning...
Just a Head;
► Detailed Reference Sheet
► Head Size

Partial Suit;
► Detailed Reference Sheet
► Head Size
► *A list of measurements will be sent to you to fill out*
► Sleeve measurements are added if you purchase them.

Full-Suit;
► Detailed Reference Sheet
► Head Size
► NO FULL-SUIT WILL BE MADE WITHOUT A DUCT TAPE DUMMY (DTD)
► *A list of measurements will be sent to you to fill out*

Quotes are accepted via Note and E-mail.

Payment Options;
► PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
► 50% of commission cost is due upon accepting quote!
► International buyers are welcomed, but please convert
payment to USD before sending via PayPal!

Refund Options;
► Once the suit has been started, percentage of refund will be discussed.
► No refunds for "taking too long" **
► 50% Deposit in non-refundable. NO MATTER WHAT.

Last Minute Changes?
► Accepted, but subject to a fee if new materials need to be purchased.

Lifetime Guarantee:
If you have one of the below, it will get taken care of for free
► Damage
► Something Wrong with the Design
► Doesn't Fit Correctly
Please ask about other things
**You will have to pay postage back and forth, though**

Shipping Options:
We usually post items via USPS, but you have the option to choose
whichever carrier that you'd like - but that's at your own cost.
► Once it leaves the shop, we are not responsible for it being
damaged (we will always fix damage for free)
► International buyers need to be aware of shipping costs for over-
seas.
► International buyers need to also be aware that we will not
cover any customs' fee's that you may get.
