📖COMMISSION RULES📖


By buying a commission slot from me, you agree that you're at least 18 years old and that you read and agreed with all rules listed bellow.



RULE #1 - CASH UPFRONT


Payment is always upfront via PayPal and I'll only ask your e-mail to request the payment after calculating all contents in your commission.

I'll not start working on anything related to your commission before confirming that I got your payment.

BE WARNED! Commission slots are yours only after I confirm your payment. If you take too long to pay I'll consider that you gave up on your commission and your slot will be avaliable for someone else.



RULE #2 - NO REFUNDS!!!


I follow a strict policy of no refunding once the payment is confirmed, so you have to check 2 things before commissioning me:

1st: Make sure that you really want a commission, take a look at my gallery to have an idea of what your commission might look like. 

2nd: I take a print of the payment tab on PayPal after sending the request to you, so make sure your e-mail, price and currency are correct before confirming the payment.



RULE #3 - COMMUNICATION


Be straight forward about what you want when you send me a PM, so avoid stuff like "hi", "how are you?", "hope you're ok", etc.  I'm a polite person but this is just annoying not only for me but for most artists and I might just ignore you.

I speak both english and portuguese, if you use a machine translator like google to chat then I'll most likely not take your commission since machine translations are not always accurate.

I might not understand what you're trying to say and I don't want to commit any mistakes when drawing for misunderstanding the details.

Keep an eye out for my messages and try to answer it ASAP as sometimes I give suggestions or ask for detail clarifications.

BE WARNED! If I have no answer then I'll consider it a "do as you wish".



RULE #4 - TAKING YOUR COMMISSION


All commissions are taken on discord via DM and I just start taking them once I announce my reopening publicly on my Discord server.

All info requested for your commission will be on a .txt file along with my prices chart available on my Discord server.

You have to answer all questions and provide any reference images when requested then send the .txt file back to me so I can calculate how much your commission will cost.

After sorting your commission info I'll pin it all on our Discord DM.

BE WARNED! It takes about 1 minute to answer all questions so don't take too long to send it back to me. Read rule #1 again.



RULE #5 - CONTENT BLACKLIST


Every artist has limits and mine are listed in the blacklist tab just a few scrolls down.

If you have anything in mind for your commission that's listed there then don't even bother asking because you'll get a "no".

If you request something that's not in the blacklist and yet I refuse to draw for finding it too extreme/weird then you'll still get a "no" and the content will be added to the blacklist to prevent future requests.



RULE #6 - COMMISSION QUEUE POSITIONS


After gathering all commissions I'll sort them all and list them on the commission queue. All commissions will be done in order and I'll post a print of it on my Discord server.

Your position in the queue is defined by the content on your commission. If there's simple content (Exemple: Linework art style with only 1 character) then your commission will be at the top.

No line cuts will be accepted, if for some reason I have to change someone's position then I'll let everyone involved aware of it and why.



RULE #7 - COMMISSION PROGRESS


I work with 3 steps: Quick sketch, linework and colors.

For each step I'll provide previews to check if everything is looking good.

The best time to request any big changes is during quick sketch or linework, after I start coloring I'll hardly do any extreme changes due to the high chance of having to rework the whole art.



RULE #8 - WAITING TIME


I always finish every commission I take, but I have no schedules set for when I'll start working on it nor for when I'll finish it.

I need 4 things before working with any art: Patience, time, focus and creativity. If I lack any of these I just won't get any progress done at all, worst case scenarios I might end up drawing a mess and we don't want it.

With that said, I'll try to start and finish your commission as soon as I can but I'm not 24/7 always available for drawing and I also have my own personal life to take care of like health, college, job, housekeeping, etc.

BE WARNED! Be patient and don't rush me. I won't block you but If you keep asking for updates when it's not even your turn yet, I'll just ignore you until I really have some progress done on your commission.



RULE #9 - COMMISSION DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS


You have the right to request anything you want for your commission as long it's not listed on the blacklist, but artistic freedom is also good and I like to add my own details too.

Be detailed about what you want but try not to be a perfectionist and exaggerate, so avoid huge detail descriptions and continuous addition/change/removal requests specially if the art is almost complete.

BE WARNED! I'll not make any changes once your commission has been uploaded. If you still want me to do it then you'll have to pay for an alt version and the price will vary depending of what you want.



RULE #10 - COMMISSION UPLOAD


Once your commission is ready to be uploaded I'll post it on the websites listed at the bottom of my profile.

If it's already night time for me then I'll upload it in the morning of the next day.

BE WARNED! I don't do private posts so do not insist.

A: No.

Q: Do you do private posts?

A: No.



Q: Can I DM or add you on discord just to chat?

A: No.



Q: Can I make edits on your drawings?

A: Yes, as long you give proper credit.



Q: Do you accept art trades?

A: Yes, but not always and not with anyone.



Q: Can I make fanart of your OCs or use them in some other artist commission?

A: Yes, and if you plan to up it on Twitter or Bluesky you can tag me there if you want.



Q: When are you going to reopen commissions?

A: Commissions are only reopened after I finish all the ongoing ones from the current commission batch, and even after I finish it all I'll only start taking new ones after I announce the reopening on my Discord server.
