PAYMENTS
☆ Payment will be complete before work starts. All payments are in ‘holding’ until artwork is delivered in case a refund is needed!


REVISIONS
☆ If I as an artist miss something, I’m more than happy to correct it! For everything except quick work (B/W Headshots & Fast Sketches) I will always check to make sure details are right before moving on to refined lines or color. If I miss anything on a reference or scene request that’s on me and I’m happy to revisit it.


If revisions require a complete redraw, or exceed 3 major changes (minor changes like a color fix or small detail out of place are not counted in this number) fees may be charged up to 80% of the full commission pricing if due to the client leaving out details.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
☆ If you need a hard deadline, this must be noted before the commission starts. All delivery times are otherwise estimates depending on que and my health. Any updates/delays due to chronic illness will be communicated to all clients in a timely manner so expectations can be adjusted.


☆ If a projects deadline gets pushed out to 2 months past the intended date due to illness or equipment issues and I am unable to complete it, a refund will be offered to the client in full and any completed work will be repurposed into a YCH when I’m able to work on it again. Clients have the option to continue the commission if desired, but I understand waiting for a comm is no fun and causes stress for both parties.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
☆ Unless commercial rights are sold, any and all work by the artist may be used for artbooks/examples/portfolio/engagement. Clients have personal use rights, although privacy posting may be requested.


☆ In the event a client doesn’t wish for their artwork publicly posted or used in any future engagement or artbooks by the artist, a privacy fee will be incurred. This will be a lower price than commercial rights and negotiated and agreed upon before the commission starts.


REFUNDS
☆ IF THE ARTIST CANCELS::
A full refund will be issued and any work done will be repurposed as a YCH or engagement fanart at a later date. I can cancel for any reason, up to and including harassment and excessive contact. If I need to give a refund due to illness, I will be very clear and up front during the communication process. All art cancelled by me will be completely refunded.


☆ IF THE CLIENT CANCELS::
A client may cancel for any reason, whether it be personal hardship, or we simply aren’t a good fit for eachother! If communication has broken down I will likely cancel myself and a full refund will be issued. If no work has been started a FULL refund will be issued no harm no foul on both parties ends.


If a client cancels due to schedule or personal hardship/buyers remorse, a PARTIAL refund will be issued in the event of progress already made, depending on the progress of the piece. At any point in time the unfinished work may be brought back and I will do a smaller pricing for the difference in cost to complete the work at a more financially convenient time.


If a piece has already been finished and a client simply doesn’t “connect” with the piece, no refund will be issued and a chargeback will result in an instant blacklist.


In the event major details have been missing at all checkpoints and the client would prefer a refund rather than the commission, a full refund will be issued and any work finished will be repurposed as a YCH to recoup losses. All details will become generic and any similarities to a clients OC will be erased.


COMMUNICATION
☆ Communication is super important to me, and all inquiries and concerns will be answered within 24 hrs here! If you’re in a stream, please feel free to msg me in chat if I’m working on your piece, or contact me via Discord. Checking up on the que is totally fine and encouraged, but please limit it to once a week.


My que will always be public, and my Discord is public. Abusive language and rudeness will not be tolerated, and extreme impatience (messaging me every day, multiple times a day, or every other day for updates, especially on a large piece when I have a full que) will result in a total cancellation refund.


I’m not here to stress you or myself out, and want to work towards both of us being happy and satisfied with my work as much as humanly possible, and will endeavor to keep all communication as professional as possible and only ask for the same courtesy.


When I’m taking a commission isn’t the approriate time to chit-chat daily, but when I open up a discord server for followers to join and interact absolutely is! I’m also happy to interact with people on my Twitter/X and always try to tag clients in their work dropoffs there! I’m also happy to chit-chat on streams!
