I try not to get political in this space, as I want to be a refuge from all the ugliness of the world. But with Substar's recent TOS changes the walls are closing in around our industry. Things are getting dire, and if you're in the US we need your help.

The Federal Reserve (the organization that regulates banks and such) is asking for public comments on a proposed regulation. The regulation would make it harder for companies like Visa and Mastercard to refuse to do business with sites for arbitrary reasons, such as those sites hosting adult content they don't like.

Payment processors have done incredible damage to our industry already, they got NSFW games delisted/removed from Steam and Itch, and they've forced Patreon and Substar to restrict the types of content that I've been allowed to bring to you. And we have no reason so expect them to stop there. There may likely come a day when Visa and Mastercard try to ban ALL NSFW content that they can, just like how they tried with Onlyfans.

This is where YOU come in. If you could please spare 2 minutes of your time, go to the link below and leave a comment on the Federal Reserve's website, telling them you SUPPORT THE PROPOSED PROHIBITION. Please be kind, be respectful, and most importantly MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD.
