Hey, thanks for reading my TOS before purchasing adopts, customs, or commissions!

✶ General Rules ✶

- Payment via Paypal in USD only. I will invoice you.
- Payment must be made within 24 hours of invoice sent, unless we have agreed in advance to a hold or payment plan.
- Holds are negotiable in advance of bidding/purchase. I can hold for 2 weeks free of charge. Any longer than 14 days will add a surcharge of $10 per week.
- Let me know via note/DM once you have made your payment. I will do my best to communicate at every step, as well.
- No refunds.
- Failure to arrange a hold in advance or pay within 24 hours of an auction or adoptable purchase will result in blacklisting and a resold adoptable.
- Commissions and customs must be paid in advance.
- Payment plans for large amounts may be possible, if and only if I have sold to you before and know you are good for the funds, on a case by case basis.

✶ Editing ✶
- Please talk to me in advance of purchase/bidding if you may want edits.
- I will not edit adoptables sold for less than $50. At $50 and up, I may be willing to do 1-2 minor edits to adoptables that use bases.
- For AB on adoptables, I am typically willing to make up to 5 minor edits (color changes, swapping base elements I already have), or 1-2 more substantial ones (body type/configuration such as different horns or ears).
- I will not typically make edits that require me to redraw and recolor major elements of an adoptable (i.e. an entire new outfit, wings, or similar) without treating it as a custom sale.
- Edits to one-off characters may be offered case-by-case in the terms for that auction.

✶ Usage ✶
- If you purchase an adoptable, custom, or one-off from me, it is yours to name and assign gender/personality/backstory to at your own discretion.
- You can use it for any non-commercial personal usage. Draw it yourself, redesign it, recolor it, write smutty fic about it, tattoo it on your ankle if you like. Commercial use can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
- Just don't do anything illegal or related to NFTs/blockchain tech with it, that's all.
- Credit me for the base/lineart + original design, please.
- If you want to resell something I have created, please do not resell for more than what you paid for it, unless you are selling it with extra art added.
- If you sell, trade, or give an adopt/custom to someone else, please let me know who the new owner is, so I can keep my records tidy.
- I retain the right to post examples of my completed work on social media. If it has been purchased, I will do my best to tag the current owner when I do.
