General Terms
You must read through these terms of services and verify that you have read them. I am not responsible for any consequences you may face for not reading them.
You must be at least 14 years of age to commission me or have a parent contact me for your commission. You must be 18 years of age if you are commissioning NSFW art.
I have the right to refuse your commission.
I have the right to do commissions in the order that is easiest for me, not the order of which I take them.
You must have some kind of visual reference for your commission.

Payment and Fees
I require payment before I start working on your piece unless otherwise stated. I will not do payment plans on anything less than $100.
If you try to dispute the transaction through PayPal, I will blacklist you.
Do not ask for cheaper prices or freebies unless I have explicitly stated that I am taking requests or name your own price commissions. Your messages will be ignored. If you continue to bother me for free or cheap art, I will block you.
I do not work with deadlines. However, if you have a deadline for a piece, it is an additional 20% of the total price. If your deadline is shorter than 2 days’ notice, it is an additional 40% of the total price. I will not accept any deadlines shorter than 16 hours.
I have the right to post the final piece on my social media accounts unless you want a private commission. Private commissions are 20% extra of the total price.
I have the right to include your piece in my physical portfolio unless you bought a private commission. Your piece will not be sold, but it can be used in my place of business as an example.
I may require additional fees. If there is a possibility of an additional fee, it will be clearly stated in the original commission post.
Tips are appreciated but not required.

Cancellation and Refunds
I have the right to cancel at any time for any reason. I do not have to explain to you why I have cancelled, but I most likely will give some indication as to why. If I cancel your commission, I will give you a full refund.
You may request a refund at any time, but you will not receive a full refund. If you cancel before I start work, I will refund the full amount minus the PayPal service fee. If the sketch has been started, I will refund 90% of total price. If the linework is started, I will refund 60% of total price. If the color is started, I will refund 30% of total price. If the shading is started, I will not refund any money.

Commission Process
Turnaround time is usually within a week. However, it can take longer depending on the queue list. I will do my best to inform you of wait times and delays.
If you do not have a vision in mind and tell me I have artistic liberty, you cannot change anything past the sketch. With the sketch, you only get 2 complete changes to it. If before you use those 2 changes you come up with a vision, you can tell me then, and I will follow your vision. After those 2 changes, you have to pick between the 3 versions I made.
Once linework is completed, you can't make major alterations (i.e. changing the pose, changing an entire outfit, etc.).
I will update you as I work on the piece. If I do not update you within a week, then you can ask me about an update. Do not constantly ask me for updates.
If after the piece is complete you find an error, let me know, and I will do my best to correct it. However, I will not fix all minor errors.
Do not ask for commissions or requests after I have already closed them. If you sent the request or commission form before I closed them, and I did not give you a response, then you can send me a message about it.

Other Terms for Art
Do not edit my art and claim it as your own. You are allowed to make edits, but if you post the edited art elsewhere, you must credit me.
You can post my art on your own social media, but you must credit me. If I find that you aren't crediting me and refuse to do so after warning, I will block you.
You cannot sell my art for profit unless we've worked out a deal in advance. You can make personal items or items that aren't for profit using my art.
All the above provisions refer solely to pieces that you have commissioned. You cannot edit or repost my other art without my permission. It will be reported.

You must read the entirety of this agreement. If you've read through the whole thing, include the phrase "Awesome Possum" somewhere in your commission request or your request will be turned down until the time you do include the phrase. Even if we have done business before, please include the phrase or any future phrase in case I change my terms of services.
