I used my Tumblr mainly as a rambling journal and to post pictures and videos I took. Due to them hitting the nuclear option with no premeditation, a bunch of my posts were marked as content violations, even though I took great pains to keep all my writing, rambling, and picture-taking there as SFW as possible.

Does anyone have any good alternatives to recommend?

Am I going to have to make an Instagram and take awkward selfies and use hashtags?

I've got three slots open for November at the moment: if anyone is interested in reserving a spot and getting something done, let me know and I'll see what I can do for you. I may take more commissions as the month rolls on and I get more projects done, but right now I've only got three guaranteed. I'll probably be starting on these around the middle of the month. Waitlist is also available, so if you don't get a slot immediately, I can give you first pick at the next set.

The process will be simple: you get your slot and let me know approximately how long you want the story to be - it can be a super vague estimate - and I'll let you know once I'm ready to start on your commission, and you pay half up front. I write it up and send you a draft, you can ask for any edits or changes you like, and once you're satisfied you pay me the remaining amount.

Prices are 2 USD for every 500 words, up to 20K words: after 20K words, an additional 50 cent charge will be added for every 500 words. So a 20K word story would cost you 80 dollars; a 30K story would cost 130 dollars, etcetera. This is because writing anything over 20K words tends to eat much more into my project times, as editing and structuring become exponentially larger tasks.

If you're commissioning a story chapter-by-chapter, this is exempt from the surcharge rule, because chapters are generally 5K-10K words long and require less work on my end.

Thinking about doing a story for Halloween, figured I'd throw out a quiz and see what people think:

1. A - Story-focus or B - Sex-focus

2. A - Realistic Horror (murder, stalker, suspense) or B - Unrealistic Horror (monsters, aliens, etcetera)

3. A - More visceral and physical or B - More mental and psychological

Also I may be late out Reduced Limits next week, I've been pretty fluish and I have a really busy next few days ahead of me. But, hey, we'll see what happens. I might be able to pull off something Sunday or Monday, assuming I don't injure myself too badly tomorrow or Saturday.

I'm thinking about getting some art. I've done a bunch of overhauling and updating to Zerrex and I'd like something newer of him, and I have an awful undead unicorn character I'd like to snag a picture of if I can find the right person to draw him in all his awfulness. They're both giant muscular beasts so I'm looking for someone who can tackle that whole theme nicely.

I'm opening a few commission slots. These won't be first come, first serve to give people in other time zones a chance to get requests in. I'll give it two or three days, unless I get an avalanche of people asking for stories, which obviously isn't all that likely.

I will accept both short form commissions and long form. Prices remain the same: $2 per 500 words. I write any kind of content and you are free to repost / ask me to post the story, assuming it abides by site ToS.

I've been doodling a little, trying to get the right adjustments for Zerrex. I've updated him quite a bit. Now I need some updated art of him. I have another horse character now too that I badly want art of, but. He's going to be even worse to get something done of because he's even more horrible. If I could even get some rough sketches, though, that would be fine; my biggest difficulty these days is with getting past the blank page, finding a pose and working with it.

Definitely going to try and be active again, anyway. Keep up a little more with things, post some of my shorter works, perhaps. I've got a few ideas in mind for stories, but. So many projects, so little time, and all that, so we'll see what happens.

So, for a bit of writing practice, I was thinking of doing story snippets. Give me a suggestion, and if it strikes my fancy, I'll write a small story or scene based around it. You can be as detailed as you like, with specific ideas and characters, or you can be super vague and just suggest kinks or settings or whatever comes to mind.

But since I want it to be challenging and interesting, let's say the theme of these ideas should fall under the weird. The weirder, the stranger, the better. Give me your most bizarre, your most frightening, your most socially unacceptable and I'll see what I can do with it. No judgment, and I want to see just what people will throw my way. Who knows what I'll write?

Expect these scenes/scenarios to be short. I want to work on maximizing impact and effect while minimizing reliance on narrative and description. I want to give the scenes a lot of oomph without using a lot of space, so to speak. We'll see just how I do.
