It was a sequence, there were 2 friends (i think scalies) gaming and gaining, and they fed each other and got decently big. i think it was 4-6 parts long but i could be wrong, and there was a couch in it. the background was purple too i think. anyone know which one it was?

what would you say it is?

i was brainstorming an enchanted object, that upon being picked up, caused a dark purple light to errupt from the holders eyes, while a shriek like a redead comes from their ears, and they disintigrate from the point furthest from contact toward the point of contact in purple light, but it wouldn't stop there, anyone who sees the purple light suffers the same fate and anyone who hears the scream slowly goes mad until they fall in combat or die of age or other reasons, and then they suffer the same fate. for clarity the intent of such a devastating item would be as a trap for munchkins, minmaxers, and treasure hunters. though in the wrong hands it could wipe entire civilizations out. if by some miracle the item is disenchanted, the disenchanter would learn the enchantment, the curse would be broken and everyone restored. but the enchantment would be to make the item again, but for everything affected by it a small boost to all stats per disintegration.
