28bday
Posted 17 years agoWell, this is now my 28th year on this sphere called Earth. There are still many things I do not know or understand but at least I get to share the voyage with an interesting crowd. Now I think I'll go have a cost efficient celebratory day. cheers.

I just love watching the politicians go at it. As America goes so goes the world.

evolution
Posted 17 years agoScience is good. Science has given us many things. Its also given us lots of theories like evolution. But there's one flaw I find with that theory, why only us humans? Why did we evolve into the most (presumably) intelligent species on the planet?
You'd think with all the time that the other creatures have been on the planet (alot longer than us) that they'd have evolved into humanoid intelligent species too. Why'd we have to be the a-holes of the world?

halloween07
Posted 18 years agoStatistics compilation:
Costume: Lord Voldemort (my regular clothing)
Trick or treaters: Zero
Candy: Chips/Chocolate (leftover candy)
An uneventful Halloween but I like it like that (more candy for me). Anyway, thanks to all commenter's, spectators, I don't respond to every fav since I don't want to spam your pages too much, but they are dearly appreciated.
On another note I have hot water again, no more washing myself in a tub of hot kettle water, yah.
Also the commission/donation drive is still on, I could use the money to update my computers equipment. In closing I say, have a happy Halloween.

accepting commissions, donations
Posted 18 years agoThought I'd raise some money to get our hot water tank repaired/replaced. Hot water is an awfully convenient thing to have. So, I guess I'm offering my services, artistically speaking. $5 for any sketch, ink, color drawing. I'm not the best artist on the web but I'll do what I can. Any takers can note or email me with their request.

Of rams and men
Posted 18 years agoBeing gay is not a "disease" that needs to be "cured". I still believe in treating people with the respect and dignity that I would hope they treat me with.

Seal pup sighting
Posted 18 years agoDriving home I happened to look out towards the bay and I saw a white coat happily sunning itself on a iceflow. Didn't have my camera with me at the time but I stopped the car, got out, and looked at it. The seal pup looked to be about a year old seeing that it still had it's tell tale white coat. It was fairly close to the road which surprised me as I thought the noise of traffic would be enough to drive it away but it stayed there the whole time I was there. Can't say I have much love for seal meat but I hope it got away as another passerby would just as soon have it in their stew pot if they were presented such a chance.

dream#217
Posted 19 years agoLast night I dreamt that war world 3 broke out. There were nuclear explosions, millions of people fleeing for their lives in cars and an army comprised of machine gun wielding jetpack soldiers. But even worse still amongst all the chaos and carnage, my pot roast wasn't cooked enough!

A page from Enam
Posted 19 years agoLost in the frozen wasteland. No shelter nor protection. Battered by elements until finally, collapse. Painful, tired, it's the end. Then a sound, a howl. Wind? Again, nearer this time. Blackness, then, motion. Am I, am I moving? Carried. Unconsciousness... still dark but now warmth. I would find later that THEY had found me. THEY had rescued me. My poor broken body THEY had mended and restored. THEY showed me ever kindness imaginable and in return, I spat in their faces and fled.

Posted 19 years agoFA's running more smoothly now, just thought I'd shout it out. I have some unfinished sketches to touch up and more on the way.
