Cold Sunny Scenes in Arizona

First off let me say that I hope all of you have had a wonderful christmas holiday and I hope you all were able to spend time with your loved ones/companions this year.
Second, let me apologize those who believe that I have my own place, in regards to my last post, it was said that I was to be moving to my new residence but sadly, the day before my move, I was denied the apartment and Ive been house searching since then. With complications due to timing and finances, I wasnt able to get my place like I planned. Even though this was very disappointing, I took this as a sign to just make due with what I have and prepare even more to what may come in the future. from the looks of things, I will be ready to do home searching once again in late Jan/ Early Feb so I await for things to stabalize until then.
now that the negative is out of the way, lets move on to the positve! Back to you Kota
Thanks K, now I will be happy to report to you all that its been quite busy-busy the last couple months. Throughout the month of Novemeber, not only was work taking most of my time, as usual, but I was able to experience very fun furry things. During the month of Novemeber I was very fortunate to meet new furs in Sacramento and hangout/get to know them very well and from the outcome of our get-togethers we all turned out to be really good friends. So good, that I was able to brign in my best friend
IllusiveRaven to the group and she was able to befriend everyone just as easily. Everyone LOVES EVERYONE!. Another event to occur during late Nov/Early December I was able to hangout and see off a really good friend of mine 
SheppyWolf before he departed with his mate to Maryland. It was a blast and a total party-party time. I wish him, his girl Shelly, and his mate the upmost fortune to health and prosperity. *cheers*
As for me personally, I finally got to make up lost time with my mate
TherianW0LF and his companion Dakota out in Arizona! Now that I was fortunate enough to experience Arizona during the winter and summer times, I can happily say that Arizona is definately something to experience during the Winter. There's a slight veil of warmth that covers the desert, but if your willing to drive out 2+ hours north you will definitly cross over to forest area to where you can even see Snow! It was awesoeme experiencing my first winter storm out in Prescott and I look forward to seeing the pictures that Therian took of me while I froze my ass off.lol
*sighs and wags* Even though my time there was awesome, good times always come and go but you make due with every second you have with the one you love. Prior to my visit it had been 5 months since my last but as long as that time may be, it came and went when I really think about it...and as logn as e keep in touch, like we always do, and keep at what we do in regards to our relationship, I can see it going very far...as odd as our relationship is *chuckles shrugs* its been working out for more than a year, so lets keep at it!
Therian and I were not only able to chillout in the snow but we were also able to do some sight seeing at Four Peaks which was really nice. At one point, Therian, Matt (his best bro), and I were sitting on top a rock just looking out miles ahead of us. Across our sight laid a panaramic view of a blanket of forest that stretched out miles away, to be sectioned off my dry-tipped mountains which emitted a sound of silence all around us. Not a single sound came off, but the ringing of our own ears. It was a silence I longed for a while and I finally got to experience it again, rejuvanating it was! Another fun experience I got to try out was meeting some furs in AZ. Me being the only Cali-fur, <sarcastic> I felt oh so special</sarcastic> *laughs* no joke, but these furs were pretty fun to hangout with. open and friendly as any furmeet is ought to be, but I was able to share some things about myself and get alot of laughs and mischeif out of these furries so I can say that my deed is done in making my mark *chuckles and glares at

As awesome as my time in AZ was, sadly, matsi was not able to join me in my adventures this time, but it being my frist christmas without her, I can say that I do miss her greatly. By the time you read this, chances are I may be with her again. You can say I was homesick a bit, but only to see my girl. Her scent, her eyes, her being...I miss to embrace and soon we'll be together again. I get to see what she got for xmas from Santa Paws *wags*
Before I end this journal I will let you all knwo that Therian and I have plans yet again for a visit to happen uring early Jan, but this time, Therian's ass will be down in CA and while doing so we'll be able to have a fun woof-friendly time at my friends place down in Sac. So to bid you all adieu I hope you all will enjoy the upcoming new year celebration and I will see you all, alive, for the new year. Keep those clocks ticking, those corks popping, the bubbles bubbling and the party alive and kickin!

General | Posted 16 years agoHello everyone, I know its been a while since i've given an update on my self, other than the memes I've done to pass the time at work, but I 'm being serious on this one...
For those of you who love seeing the FLOOD of pictures I generally do once a month or so, have OBVIOUSLY noticed my lack of posting and whatnot over the last 3 months or so. Since Ive been busy with a new job, a new upcoming home, and new plans, I've been more than just simply 'busy'. My new job takes my time, full time, and I find myself to be turning into one of those guys who are always on the computer, laptop, or cell phone all the time now. I'm turning into a busy-body guy. If not, I've already turn into one.
My move is to be scheduled on Nov.1 so BASICALLY After today, I will not be having net for a while, until I have everything settled in. Granted this is to be expected for about a month, but I will have netz at work I can easily use to my advantage and check up every now and then to see whats going around on FA. I will have my mobile phone and for those who know, that'll be my MAIN contact-line for anything whether it's be phone calls, IM's, emails, or TXT's.
I know I've been left in the dark-ish, but I just want to thank all of you who show great interest in my work, and after my move I know I have alot of pics to show to all of you. I have about 3-4 batches to share with you all!
I wish everyone to take good care of themselves and have an awesome Halloween! Get high, get drunk, get wasted, get stupid, go for it. PARTY IT UP!

General | Posted 16 years agoeveryone's got one, everyone has one to tell, or even more, but regardless everyone has a story. to themselves, to others, and about how they feel, what they experienced, and they hold true about what they believe in and what they feel is right.
During my down time at work I've been working on a side-project for a calender that our company is releasing out later this November. Basically its a compilation of stories from dog owners about what they think is honorable, loving, and great about their woof. no matter how old, who, or what they do.
after reading these stories I've felt honored and touched that I got to share and witness what made their woof their companion in life and it really does remind me of the relationship that Matsi and I have. It's the type where, no matter the circumstances, time, or day, your companion will always stick by your side. through thick and thin, through sickness and in health, through wealth and poverty, no matter who YOU are, your woof will love you. unconditionally.
Reading these stories showed that these owners cared. so much, that they would go to the ends of the earth for their loved ones. moreso, than they would for their own human family members. Knowing that theres always someone there, to love you till the end, is just a great feeling. Knowing you feel wanted everyday, coming to see your companion tail-wagging, excited, and reassured that your there with them to live out life alongside with them is just a wonderful feeling. Realistically, canines dont live as long as humans do, and thats a pure shame, but the lessons we learn from those who love us is a great and wonderful thing.
To live life to the fullest, to greet and respect one another, play chase and mark things, and to love and be loved. Dogs teach us to really learn and love life to the fullest, and after reading all these stories, and looking back in life, I gotta say...no wonder why all dogs go to heaven. they are amongst the purest beings I've seen known to mankind. They are amongst the true and honorable beings that animal-loving people across the world would honor and cherish every second they can spend with them.
So learn from them. learn that life can still be, no matter the circumstances, something where you can wag your tail, pant hard, run, and have fun.

General | Posted 16 years agoWhelp, after all the time and patience I had to spare in the world for my damn aunt to get internet goin has finally paid off. I have internet again!
as awesome as this sounds, for some reason my net is REALLY REALLY slow...but its still something, enough to chat with others really easily, but if you expect to view youtube or DL some files, heh, don't expect me to cause connection is THAT slow *chuckles*
as for an update, work and fur meets have basically taken over my time overall. While meeting and socializing with new and old people/furs, Matsi and I are having a good time watching these...furries...have a good time amongst one another but overall its been a very fun experience for all of us. The meets of board games, have been really fun and the travelling that comes along with these furmeets have been very interesting and very very tiresome, but! it's still fun regardless. Matsi is a whore to everyone and she's always getting lovings, hugs, and kisses all around...so I have nothing to worry about on her end *chuckles*
As for my plans my apartment plans are soon to be underway and I'm going to apply for a pet-friendly apartment near my work to make it convenient for Matsi and I and hopefully I can get my furry-friendly mother as a roomie. As odd as that may sound she's in fact a really cool friend/person. Other than that, theres bumps here and there that need to be worked on but things are slowly progressing so I'm glad-ish.
Office job, furmeets, and events have taken up most of my time as of late and Matsi and I are running out of breath from all this action *chuckles* I have a feeling that after this weekend, things will start to cool down a bit. Hopefully...

Obviously for those of you who woof to me on a almost daily basis my internet has been down the past 2 months or so...which blows
because of lack-of-net My photography posting has been put on hold but once net has been established somewhere...then I can fully use and abuse it just as much you other furries do.
As for an update of whats going on I had recently taken position at a new job which includes dog food and with the new opprotunities there, It has given me a chance to actually go out and apply to get a pet friendly apartment with Matsi later on this November. I hope everything works out for the best and that Matsi and I will be MORE together than before.
Other than that, Ive been working, hanging out with friends including IllusiveRaven, drinking, socializing, going to events, getting fat, getting Matsi fat, and eating. Tis my favorite things to do, for the most part, but overall after a weeks worth of work, theres always a fun weekend to look forward to to enjoy and relax.
I wish you all good fortune and happiness to yourself, your friends, mates/partners, and your companions in life.

The greats of Camping
General | Posted 16 years agoAfter spending some with my mate and his companion Dakota for almost a week I can definitely say that the experiences that I've witnessed, endured, and felt were fascinating and rejuvenating. When camping there's this sense of solitude you can never find in a suburbia or a city, a sense that you stand tall with what nature has to offer for and with you, and what makes this feeling stronger is that your able to share the experience with others. Waking up to forests again was something I do dearly miss and being able to walk to a large lake and just enjoy the scene is something that I was so glad to sit down and enjoy again, and while taking the steps of just getting to point A to point B there's a stream of silence in the air. No cars, no radios, no busy traffic noises, nothing...its just you, the land, the trees, the water, and the sky. When we had just arrived at the campsite it was somewhat crowded and noisy a bit, but that was because we had arrived on a Saturday evening, then when Sunday came along everyone slowly started to pack-up and go. then by Monday morning, we were the only ones basically there. there were other campers but they too were off a bit away so we actually had a huge campground all to ourselves, it was really nice *wags*
Spending time with TherianW0LF and Dakota was something I really needed to do, and to just to spend time with them while escaping everything was even nicer and made everything so much better. Now that I'm back here, without net (hence why I haven't been posting), I'm back to working, saving up, and seeing where life takes me for Matsi and I and hopefully by the end of this year, we're ready enough to set out again. To where, we don't know, but definitely out of this overrated place known as the sunny state of California.

So here we are...back to the same town we were 8 months ago. All I can say about this place is that I hate it still. Everything here is exactly as it was when I left, which means the reasons why I left in the first place, will be the same reasons on why I'm leaving this place again in time...
When Matsi and I had returned here, my family was happy to see us, greeting us with open arms and happy to have Matsi and I back into their lives again in the bay area. I put up the front of me liking it here, but deep down, we yearn to escape this place...to go out and see places, meet new people, enjoy new views, experience new things. Traveling. Going places. When my batty friend and kitty friend drove away that night, after going through the day to drop me off, I couldn't help but shed a tear, knowing it will be a long time before I see my batty and kitty friend for a long time, and knowing that without their support in Humboldt County I wouldn't have gotten far without them, and because of their support and friendship I have definitely have grown ever since meeting them in person and learning many things about Humboldt County that made it more enjoyable because of their experience and knowledge there. I miss them alot, I really do...we miss Humboldt County alot too...
After a couple days have passed, and after being lethargic for some time, along with Matsi, we started to come back in our senses and have a sense of reality again. When we had first arrived, it felt so surreal that both of us are back to where we never wanted to come back to that it was just hard to accept again, but we got back up and accepted it. Matsi is her happy self again, and I am doing very well. It took some time to establish internet here at my aunts, during the first week of my stay here, but after alot of configuring we got it done and now we have net again. For the whole house *wags*
As for a job, I was able to get my vet clinic job back again, and everyone there was shocked and happy to see me, enough to shed tears and welcome me back with open arms (my relationship with my coworkers is close enough to call them family members, we all get along that well), and so now that a place is secured to live in with Matsi and a job has been secured, I am definitely set for some time. During my stay here though problems had arisen between old friends and we're fixing it now, but it just shows how much I've changed compared to my friends who haven't.
I came back a new and better person, but since Ive changed, some of my friends are just not accepting it and they want the old me back, but too bad for them...they want something they know isn't coming back. In any case though, and in time, things will definitely work out.
So as of now, I'm just working it up, saving up money, spending my spare time with Matsi and woofing with my friends, that I know time will go by quickly for my future plans to take place. After 6 months, I know change will occur, and seeing how its my birthday month, I know I'll definitely get my birthday wish this year *winks* (for those who know *chuckles*)
Anyways, I know this isnt as in-depth as my previous 'speculation' journal, but I'm just not that deep in mind atm...but I felt like I needed to type this out now to get it out of the way.

A self speculation for Now, before, and Circles

first off let me say that I'm in a buzzed state of mind, off alcohol, so this actually helps tap in a better sense of how I feel about things rather being plagued by a sober, yet not so clear state of mind. Don't worry, I'm not wasted.
To make things short and to the point I'm moving. Moving back to a place where I thought to myself I would never return too. Back to a place with such familiarity, security, and resources where I would find myself set for life, but somehow, its not what I want. and Its not where I want to be. There's a saying where 'Home is where the heart is' and to make things clear, I can stay back in my hometown, but my heart isn't there to call it home. Even if my hometown has all the love of my friends and family to back me up, I still have a feeling of just getting out. Escaping this bubble that I made for myself and starting anew, for personal growth and broadening my experiences in life. As of Now I'm very happy to say, with all my heart, that my time here in Humboldt County has been remarkably adventurous. For me, Matsi, my friends, and my loved ones. The 8 months I had spent here were amazing with stunning scenes of nature that I never grew-up around to experience, the 'open-armed' citizens that reside here that greet you with respect and consideration as if you yourself were considered family to them, the culture that makes this county known for being 'lost' or 'behind the redwood curtain', and most importantly the feeling you get of being 'out', knowing that you are in one of the most scenic and beautiful places CA has to offer, here in your front/backyard. Heh, no matter how deep I get into explaining Humboldt County, it's something you really have to experience to truly grasp the words I use to explain this place. For those who are humorous right now, It's not ALL about the weed here, theres more to it than just that. All in all, I will miss this place very much. Matsi and I both...
Back then, before I had moved, I had this state of mind thinking that we can start anew, a new life with Matsi and have it be the two of us. Thinking it was time to settle down and just do our own thing. Surely enough, that was easily accomplished. I was able to start anew completely, with the company of SOME family members, my mate, and online friends as forms of communication and connection through the internet, which was fine. It was like they're there but not there, but I'm not alone while being in solitude. It's hard to explain, but it felt like it was enough, but not too much.
BeforeI can say I was different . I had ended a relationship that was very hard for me, I had healed and learned from that experience, I graduated during that time after, and I had accomplished one of my goals of working my way up the field of veterinarian medicine. I was set, secure, focused, and determined about getting out of the Bay-Area to just 'escape' from the home town I had grown to just feel numb about it as I grew. As a result of these past events, I have become a stronger and wiser individual in life. Such terrible events lead to great amount of stress and anxiety, but with every problem, theres a solution where it can be fixed if you try your hardest. To me, every problem fixed is another moment your stronger.when I had moved I had escape of pattern of myself of the stereotypical CEO of things to 'get done'. Schedules and plans must be made ahead of time, things must happen at a certain time, I had to be in control of the situation most of the time, and I was a very busy individual. During this past time, I had high school, Regional Occupation Program, and my full-time job while support myself, Matsi, and keeping my apartment. Heh, which reinforced WHY I'm such the 'planner' type. The reason why I brought this up is because THIS is the habit I had abandoned when I moved, and I can woof that it was pretty awesome. The pressure on my shoulders didn't feel as great as it did back then. When I had moved, just looking at Matsi and then looking out into my wonderful front yard of tall redwood trees, is all it took to have that feeling of being 'home'. My heart was set here.
As time in Humboldt County passed and I got to meet and hang with my wonderful friends here (one being a batty and another a polar bear) I received alot of support and comfort from them as the time went on here. My batty friend has always had my back ever since we had started woofing and because of it, we've always been close to each other. Being there for one another, more than just friends but like brothers. Enjoying each others company while having endless amount of jokes, laughs, and fun. As for my Bear-friend he has been the sunshine in my day that is always what I needed to get me going, I may not have shown it, but his efforts to crack that everyday smile was very supportive, especially in my time of need. Always so optimistic and down to earth, and GREATLY humorously-flamboyant that it was all the positive energy I needed to just rid of my negative energy for a long time. Both of these close friends company, respect, trust, and love is why I consider them my best friends. Gold Star for the both of them. As for my mate, he has always been there for me with the utmost care and consideration that I feel honored, loved and happy to woof that he and I are together. The Time we had shared together with our woofs and each other was definitely something I greatly enjoyed during his time here in Humboldt County and I'm happy to woof that I love him, and his woof with all my heart.
Now that it's almost time for my move back into the Bay-Area, I feel like I'm going in circles. It's going to be my second lap back, but I feel stronger and more wise than I did, just like before, when I first departed. It will be interesting to see my old friends/family again and catch up on lost time and see how they have changed while I was gone or vice-versa, or who knows...maybe we haven't really changed that much at all, but I will find out once I return. I have high hopes that my plans will go smoothly for the future for Matsi and I and I have a feeling that once I get back, I'll step into old habits again, but thanks to the lessons that everyone has taught me here, I can look forward, with Matsi by my side, along with the love and support from all my close friends, that I can walk forward with my head held high.

Back to a place with such familiarity, security, and resources where I would find myself set for life, but somehow, its not what I want. and Its not where I want to be. There's a saying where 'Home is where the heart is' and to make things clear, I can stay back in my hometown, but my heart isn't there to call it home. Even if my hometown has all the love of my friends and family to back me up, I still have a feeling of just getting out. Escaping this bubble that I made for myself and starting anew, for personal growth and broadening my experiences in life. As of Now I'm very happy to say, with all my heart, that my time here in Humboldt County has been remarkably adventurous. For me, Matsi, my friends, and my loved ones. The 8 months I had spent here were amazing with stunning scenes of nature that I never grew-up around to experience, the 'open-armed' citizens that reside here that greet you with respect and consideration as if you yourself were considered family to them, the culture that makes this county known for being 'lost' or 'behind the redwood curtain', and most importantly the feeling you get of being 'out', knowing that you are in one of the most scenic and beautiful places CA has to offer, here in your front/backyard. Heh, no matter how deep I get into explaining Humboldt County, it's something you really have to experience to truly grasp the words I use to explain this place. For those who are humorous right now, It's not ALL about the weed here, theres more to it than just that. All in all, I will miss this place very much. Matsi and I both...
Back then, before I had moved, I had this state of mind thinking that we can start anew, a new life with Matsi and have it be the two of us. Thinking it was time to settle down and just do our own thing. Surely enough, that was easily accomplished. I was able to start anew completely, with the company of SOME family members, my mate, and online friends as forms of communication and connection through the internet, which was fine. It was like they're there but not there, but I'm not alone while being in solitude. It's hard to explain, but it felt like it was enough, but not too much.
BeforeI can say I was different . I had ended a relationship that was very hard for me, I had healed and learned from that experience, I graduated during that time after, and I had accomplished one of my goals of working my way up the field of veterinarian medicine. I was set, secure, focused, and determined about getting out of the Bay-Area to just 'escape' from the home town I had grown to just feel numb about it as I grew. As a result of these past events, I have become a stronger and wiser individual in life. Such terrible events lead to great amount of stress and anxiety, but with every problem, theres a solution where it can be fixed if you try your hardest. To me, every problem fixed is another moment your stronger.when I had moved I had escape of pattern of myself of the stereotypical CEO of things to 'get done'. Schedules and plans must be made ahead of time, things must happen at a certain time, I had to be in control of the situation most of the time, and I was a very busy individual. During this past time, I had high school, Regional Occupation Program, and my full-time job while support myself, Matsi, and keeping my apartment. Heh, which reinforced WHY I'm such the 'planner' type. The reason why I brought this up is because THIS is the habit I had abandoned when I moved, and I can woof that it was pretty awesome. The pressure on my shoulders didn't feel as great as it did back then. When I had moved, just looking at Matsi and then looking out into my wonderful front yard of tall redwood trees, is all it took to have that feeling of being 'home'. My heart was set here.
As time in Humboldt County passed and I got to meet and hang with my wonderful friends here (one being a batty and another a polar bear) I received alot of support and comfort from them as the time went on here. My batty friend has always had my back ever since we had started woofing and because of it, we've always been close to each other. Being there for one another, more than just friends but like brothers. Enjoying each others company while having endless amount of jokes, laughs, and fun. As for my Bear-friend he has been the sunshine in my day that is always what I needed to get me going, I may not have shown it, but his efforts to crack that everyday smile was very supportive, especially in my time of need. Always so optimistic and down to earth, and GREATLY humorously-flamboyant that it was all the positive energy I needed to just rid of my negative energy for a long time. Both of these close friends company, respect, trust, and love is why I consider them my best friends. Gold Star for the both of them. As for my mate, he has always been there for me with the utmost care and consideration that I feel honored, loved and happy to woof that he and I are together. The Time we had shared together with our woofs and each other was definitely something I greatly enjoyed during his time here in Humboldt County and I'm happy to woof that I love him, and his woof with all my heart.
Now that it's almost time for my move back into the Bay-Area, I feel like I'm going in circles. It's going to be my second lap back, but I feel stronger and more wise than I did, just like before, when I first departed. It will be interesting to see my old friends/family again and catch up on lost time and see how they have changed while I was gone or vice-versa, or who knows...maybe we haven't really changed that much at all, but I will find out once I return. I have high hopes that my plans will go smoothly for the future for Matsi and I and I have a feeling that once I get back, I'll step into old habits again, but thanks to the lessons that everyone has taught me here, I can look forward, with Matsi by my side, along with the love and support from all my close friends, that I can walk forward with my head held high.
Thank you for taking the time and thought of reading my long journal. Matsi and I will keep you all posted, until then...
