Not quite sure why I didn't think of this before, but I'm sure those paying attention to my page already noticed the new shiny avatar that constantly stares into your soul of a Final Fantasy XIV character. Any FF fan may recognize that the person within the avi is a miqo'te... but, if you had no idea what you were staring at, anyone on FA would probably just assume that it's a cat or at least someone with the qualities of one. Soooo... why not make it official? Basically I plan (with no guarantees) on taking the avatar and making it into a new character! He won't be connected to any stories, but instead he'll act like a sort of... well again, it's just a plan, but the cat-anthro may be used for various "Because Why Not" things, non-cannon stuff. There are things I am certain about with the character that I'm sure he'll have, some of which based on the FFXIV stuff:

- Mask. Definitely the mask. Must not leave the mask out of the equation. Who doesn't love a creepy red mask?
- Since the character is based off a form of mage, I'd figure that he would know magic and may or may not carry a small staff on him
- Normal build, very much like the original Shepard (not to say he won't be prone to temporary change...)
- Since I decided to have the FFXIV character to have a case of Heterochromia iridum (basically when one eye is a different color from the other), so will the new character: if you were to look at him face-to-face, the eye on the left would be gray and the other side would be red
- One idea that I feel is definitely to stick is that he could be holding two different staffs; one for combat (basically thaumaturge stuff such as fire, ice, lightning, anyone playing FFXIV would probably know) and, further more for the non-cannon, one that can alter others... with a chance of the magic on that staff backfiring on him

As of right now, that's all I got in mind for the upcoming cat-anthro. Not quite sure where to go from there, but I'm somewhat certain that you'll be hearing from him at one point or another... and if not, then oh well, just another idea that didn't really come together. I would like to hear some opinions though, if anyone would like to chip in on something or just wants to ask about what I may consider, some things about the character from FFXIV, why I have an avi of him when I don't even have FFXIV... just any questions involving either the upcoming anthro or the fella staring at you in the avatar of mine.

_{On a unrelated note, you may have noticed that I am actually faving other people's work where I would otherwise just... look at them. Those, I've been faving as a form of reference... like in case I somehow get someone to help with referencing Shepard, Ash, and Shy Hunk... "But there's already a reference for Shepard in your gallery, back when you used IMVU, isn't there?" Well... just wait for my next story with him.}

By lineart, I actually mean some sort of lineart generator/templete on FA. As the title says, I am simply looking to practice my coloring skills, so I may as well start somewhere... who knows, maybe I'll be able to find a template to base one of the newer characters in my Shy Hunk stories. Regardless it doesn't quite matter if it's shaded or not (not that it's likely that there's a shaded templete), but if anyone has any suggestions, I'll look into it. Just a journal update along side a new avi for this profile. Aside from that, if anyone didn't notice quite, I have also just finished my latest story for Shy Hunk after what's been three months XD so yeah, not much of an update, but an update either way.

As some- and by some, I imagine very few- would know, I'm one of those people who RP every now and again, whether it be in regards of my characters or somewhere else. As of right now, a friend of mine,  boykingkilla is opening some slots for RPing purposes. Okay, I know a lot of people will be reading this, but I may as well chat about it anyway... now as you know, I don't often have much activity here... well, besides occasionally coming by to read a journal that came up or look at a new piece of art or something. Mainly speaking, most of my things are at DA, where some of my more average(ish) stuff is. So basically, this is a place where I can occasionally come to so I could speak of any ideas that I don't plan on ever bringing to DA. So, what's my idea now? A new character? Some story plot? The answer to both is no... again, most of my thinking goes on the averageish stuff and goes on DA. However, I do have an idea or two specifically for some of the things here...

Firstly, I'd like to chat a bit about bringing an "anit-character" in. What I mean is a character that, while similar to another of my own characters, possesses at least a few traits that makes them the exact opposite of the example character. For example- and this is JUST AN EXAMPLE- take Wolf Lost, my alias for FA. I usually try to get along with others... now imagine an anti-Wolf. If I want to try and befriend certain people, my anti-self would rather start fights with them. Now again, that is just an example, as well as just an example of the "anti-personality clause" (there are a few clauses I have in consideration for the anti idea). Now I do have in mind ONE OC of mine I may use this idea on first, though I'm still thinking of how exactly to put it... could be from a different timeline, a new dimension, a mysterious case of twins (though, unless the ant-personality clause comes in play, it may not be the Siamese twin type), just to cover a few examples. Either way- to anyone who reads this and knows a little of my characters (which I highly doubt is a even a meager amount), feel free to come up with an anti-version of my character, though it'll be my say whether the character becomes true reality or just plain imagined.

Second... well, as you may guess from the fact that I'm relying on IMVU and the Prnt Scrn for pictures of my characters, I can't really draw. That being said... I also don't have many people I actually chat with that CAN draw. One or two, maybe, but that's just about it. Another factor is that I don't have any way or paying for a commission, now do I ever plan to pay for a commission. Basically, I'm just stuck with, surprise surprise, IMVU. However... I have seen something, like a lineart maker back on DA. Basically, you drag and drop parts of lineart in there, mainly just for the parts of the head (eyes, nose, hair, etc.) and clothing for the body. Since I have gimp, I can prnt scrn that, crop and save it at paint, then use gimp to color said lineart. Unfortunately, said lineart maker only has female lineart... so, if anyone could point out to something similar (and for Christ's sakes, make sure it isn't tagged blue or red), that would be nice, especially if I could find one fitting for my characters... however... I don't color that well either... just flat color and such, I don't go into details. So, coloring up Shepard... may be pretty hard for me... but again, if anyone could point to me a good lineart maker, that would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes one man's boredom drives him to make up things he never considered before... and I had plenty of those times. Now I'm sure some of you know Shepard and his gym-ly routine... now he does have a female friend in it (Lindsy), but I just came up with a few male friends for him. They are;

Species: Anthro panther

Nickname: Rob, Robbie

Height: 6' 0"

Physique: Muscular, but not precisely a body-builder build

Background: Being one of the two people that Shepard meet upon his first visit to his localgym, Robert made sure that he felt safe at home (despite the whole cat-dog rivalry sterotype). Often a model for how big Shepard wants to get, Robert exercises at a rate not too high or low, just enough to keep him in the shape he's in. Always willing to meet newcomers, this panther always pays his respects to others (so long as they don't purposely disrespect him) and makes sure no one causes any trouble at the gym. It is also rumored that a relative of his used to own said gym, but he doesn't really talk about it.

Name: Chuck

Species: Anthro hyena

Nickname: Joker, Chuckles

Height: 6' 4"

Physique: Somewhere around the "before" and "after" side of "body-builder weight." In muscle, of course.

Background: Chuck was the second person Shepard first met during his first visit to the gym... however, Robert's welcome was pretty much better than Chuckles. Mainly, it's because of his habit of talking a lot... which occasionally goes into a joke... which may go a bit overboard. Overall though, Chuck is a nice person... queer, but nice. Despite his dumb antics, he actually has a part-time desk job: writing riddles for a newspaper company (though some of the riddles associated to the answers are either non-sensical or makes the answer obvious). Whatever the case, he surely enjoys working out more than he does working, being either the life of the party or, well, just his goofball self.

Name: Archibad (Archie, for short)

Species: Anthro wolf

Nickname: Transylvanian hunk, Were-wolf (the joke is that "were," in Anglo-Saxon, means "bodybuilder" ... which, when he first heard this nickname, Shepard mistaken for "werewolf" and had an odd nightmare, after being bitten earlier in the day by this muscle-bound werewolf, had him turned into a- well, you get the idea)

Height: 6' 11"

Physique: DEFINITELY in the upper-class of bodybuilders, his arms jokingly compared to mountains and pecs bigger than dinner plates (he complains about the restrictions his muscles give sometimes)

Background: Born in Germany, Archie's journey through adolescence was... well, unique. His body is proof enough of it. After being invited to a job for advertising their wares (ie. clothes that actually fits the likes of him), he moved to America for the position. Coincidentally, he moved into the same town Shepard lives in, though he didn't start visiting the gym until October 30th when the gym was loading up on heavy-duty equipment (Shepard had a sick day, so he met Archie the next day at gym). Though not the person who is nicest at times, Archie does try his best to fit in with the other, smaller people working out at the gym. Out of all the people, he likes Chuck the least (for obvious reasons) and is frankly acquainted, if not befriended,  towards Shepard (if you bit someone's hand while you were trying to get a heavy weight off of them, you'd feel sorry for that guy too).

Now to a couple, they may be familiar already, but I decided to include some description of some new OCs (since I can't exactly make pictures from anywhere at the time).

•Jane

Started out as: A good human friend of Rosie, slightly bigger than her when it comes to size

Now in a nutshell: In her possession are some shots that can temporarly turn her into a buxom and muscular husky... and she may be pregnant...

•Kent "Shepard" Isaac

Started out as: A German Shepard looking to get some muscles, like his friend does

Now in a nutshell: Let's just say he grew a lot... but not in muscle....

•Lindsy

Started out as: A muscularly-toned poochyena

Now in a nutshell: After having a HUGE growth spurt, she is still exercising for a better body (in more ways than one)

Oh yeah, all of them already have dates, so don't ask ^^;

... Not much ^^; Pretty much the only person I know here is Drag0nK1ng and I'm clueless at what else to do besides explore. Still, might as well talk a bit about myself... well, my fursona.

Wolf Lost; posted a pic of him a month or two ago and may post another one soon... maybe. If you been to DA before and found my DA persona MetelStar, you probably already know Nobody Lost, my main persona and such. You won't hear him so much here though. So are Wolf and Nobody related? Even I'm not too sure yet. I mean, Nobody is a human... not a normal human, but human enough. Wolf is a demonic(-ish) humanoid wolf. Not too much similarity, besides the last name. So maybe they have some relativeness... but for now, that's currently unknown.

What does Wolf like? Well, he likes full moons, walks... daydreaming... something like that. Despite having a bit of demonic blood in him, Wolf is relatively nice, as long as you don't push his anger over the edge (which is only possible if you try to hurt him too much). Also, one, er, intimating thought is just enough to make him blush... and sometimes, if it's intimating enough, lick the person giving him said thoughts in affection, mainly the girls. Considering he has a wolf form and a chibi form (which is mainly him looking like a puppy without an age difference), he MIGHT get away with it when he's in either of those forms... as long as he keeps to the fingers and arms, probably. Long story short, Wolf is the type who is friendly, tries to make friends and at least tries not to let his intimating thoughts get the better of him. Considering he's actually not around too many people often at the time, you can't really blame him ^^; Wolf also has some powers of his own... demonic or otherwise. Not too sure on what powers yet, but we may see them soon.

Anywho, that's just about all I wanted to say at the time. Hopefully, I might get a picture of Wolf on IMVU again soon... if I remember to do so. ^^;
