I know how but I told my therapist that I was abdl and she didn't think I was a freak.
it felt so good to tell someone and just get it off my chest she just said it was a little odd but if it helped then it helped.

please pray for me and my family. we are going thru real hard time right now my mom and dad are thinking about a divorce. he has one month to change her mind.
so please keep us in your prayers.

it is my birthday and it's the 1st time in 17 years im not depressed so happy day.

well it's back and I thought I was over it but depression is a pain that is hard to get rid of.
it's been with me for over 16 years so maybe it well be with me till I am gone.
I hope it will go away before my birthday it would be the first time since it started.
I know that their is a lot of trouble and sadness around so I will try not to pass more on.

im john a wolf and fox mix if I seam sad some times it is because I have been having trouble with depression for a looooog time.
