Yo! I'm still here... + art status
Posted 9 years agoYo guys! Sorry for my absence this week. There's no new artworks in the making right now. I'll try to get on them asap.
Remember my previous journals? Well, same issues are keep going. This is probably by no exaggerating the worst moment of my life and I have to be ready for the worst, I have been movilizing a lot lately to help my family with anything they need. Lots of changes going on. I'll be explaining this w/more details later, hopefully in a future and more clean journal.
Again, I don't really like the idea of making a pity party journal, but I feel like that writing this is needed just in case I respond notes extremely late or if I disappear suddenly.
Thank you everyone for the support in any sort of way all of these years. Even if you are a silent watcher of mine, even if you never crossed a word with me, any favourite, watches, mentions about me means the world. For hanging out in the streams with me, for hearing about my ramblings, rants and my ups and downs. I value these things a lot even if I don't say anything sometimes (easy to get non-verbal >_<;; ), any support helps me a lot to keep going in this moment. Seriously, thank you all. ((and sorry for my bad english, it's not my first language))

Going thru a hard time (apologizes) ((*updates))
Posted 9 years ago**UPDATE** thanks a lot everyone for the support, understanding and comments. I don't need a big speech, with a virtual hug is enough if you don't know what to say ((being introvert is hard)). Thanks to those who noted me about commissions too, yes they're OPEN but I need visual references to work. Thanks for understanding!!
Will try to do streams in time -hopefully- so we can all chill and relax.
Ok, I'll briefly explain what's going on... *breathes deeply* my dad got sick, a strange sickness. It all started with an infection on his liver with soreness on his arm. Then later his skin turned yellow, he wasn't able to eat much at all with intermittent fever. He's got to do blood tests, ultrasound, etc. The biochemical called us early that morning, saying that he needs to be checked because something is obstructing his liver. We're still waiting more tests to finally get a diagnoses but I'm waiting for the worst news. Again, he can't go outside much so for every test we need to make we have to authorize all tests to the medical insurance, go to the pharmacy to buy meds (antibiotics), going to the groceries and everything so we're moving and getting out as much as we could. My brother is suffering of agoraphobia (currently with a therapist to get over it) if he goes outside he gets sick so he needs my company too. This is why I had little to not time to respond notes, but I'll try to get on them as much as possible.
That's all I can explain for now I prefer to not dig deeper on this topic. Getting myself distracted and all like I said on the previous update. I'll try to do streams and drawings to chillax as much as I can. This affected me in ways I was not expecting (meltdowns and strong panic attacks) so I try to relax as much as possible to coordinate things. Thanks again for the support! I didn't wanted this to turn into a pity-party thing (or drama). I just wanted to update you all on what's going on. I love you all and please stay safe! If I don't talk about this it's not because I hate you or that I don't trust you. It's because I need to feel good to keep going!! Laters everyone and hopefully will come with something happier. Hiya peeps, I hope you're all doing alright. I apologize for taking so long on responding things, commissions etc. It has been a difficult time right now and a stressful week... at the point I was having strong anxiety attacks with metldowns. I'm fighting as much as I could to not fall on depression, I don't have time to get sick right now, my family needs me in this moment. Anyways, I haven't been able to communicate about this, not even to close friends (they know thanks to my bf who informs them) because I don't want to talk about this. I just want to go on the internets and do things that relaxes me and makes me happy, like doing art for example, personal doodles have helped me to relieve stress greatly (masturbation is NOT an option, do not recommend it, I'm serious), and the very small circle of friends I got aren't online anymore, but I don't want the "I'm here to talk" either because I don't want to think in this topic, I just want to distract and entertain myself as much as I could and relax. This doesn't mean that I hate you or that I don't trust you, because the more I think about it the worse I'll get and I don't want that. Plus other peoples are dealing with problems too, probably worse than I am and I don't want to worry them either.
Again I apologize. I'll expand this later because I don't know how to communicate it properly (plus my english sucks). I'm seeking a therapist to get a -finally- proper diagnoses. This has nothing to do with my current issue though, but I needed it anyways. Doc lives in front of my house and has a calico cat too (nurse cat? X3) so it's a good thing! With a good diagnoses I will get a theraphy that'll work for me, only problem is that'll take veeeeeeery long on working things out. Hope to coope with it!

Posted 9 years agoSorry for being so extremely late on answering everything guys! The last three days had a max heat of 105ºF (wich is like 40ºC as max) because in this area is summer now, the city where I live right now is one of the hottest in the country, yeah we're breaking records a lot. :( for that reason I was afraid my PC will overheat and the heat was too much at the point that even drawing on traditional was difficult!! so I apologize if I answer to all of you extremely late!! I'll try to catch up with everything ASAP. I also have been terribly slow at doing arting too, need to speed up! X,x

Just starting using it. My goal is to use it as a sketchbook where I can post sketches, scraps and WIPs/previews between other things. Stuff that is usually too cruddy looking to be posting here or other sites.

You send me a general idea of what you want, then I give the ok and you pay me first, I send you a sketch (or several depending of my inspiration) and you can tell me if it's ok or not. If not I'll be sending another one 'til you're ok with it. You can request me to send the ink work to you and once it's approved I will be sending the full pic with colors. PLEASE ASK FOR CHANGES WHILE I SKETCHED IT AND INKED IT! because it's hard to change the pic once it's full colored! USE VISUAL REFERENCE NO DESCRIPTIONS AND BE SIMPLE WITH WITH YOUR IDEAS as english it's not my first language and I have hard time understanding big texts! PLEASE BE SURE OF WHAT YOU WANT UNLESS YOU TELL ME TO HAVE ARTISTIC FREEDOM! All images will be send in 300 DPI via notes using Dropbox. You're free to choose if you want to receive them by mail.

I feel like I should make this journal; keep in mind these are my personal views and I’m not here to preach them or force them onto people, so you can either take what I say with a grain of salt, or not; whatever you feel like :3
You also are not incline to agree with me in any way too, everyone’s got their own opinions and ideals, and I believe all of them should be expressed!
Now onto what I wanted to say, as of late I’ve seen a few artists, that have been treating the people who watch them like complete shit, like they’re some lowly scum that should be “honored” in the artists presence.
Frankly I find that extremely ridiculous and rude; I will say this now, just because you draw does not mean in ANY way, that you are better than someone else. Ever.
We’re all human beings, we all eat, drink, sleep, use the toilet, get sick, have bad days, experiencing emotions, etc..
We’re no better than someone else, and we are no less than anyone else either.
Everyone is geared differently yes, everyone has their unique personality that, makes them, well, them.
However besides that, everyone also has talents. Something their good at; it could be math, science, drawing, writing, building, cooking, telling jokes, gardening and much, much more.
You see... I believe you should never let anyone tell you that you’re less than them, ever, because you’re not less than them, but you’re also not better than them.
You’re a wonderful human being with your own thoughts, your own actions, your own unique personality, and your own special talents, hidden or undiscovered too. That’s what makes you wonderful, which is what makes everyone wonderful.
Everyone is wonderful.
I mean I’m not mad or hateful towards the artists who have the “elitist” frame of mind, because they’re just like us, no better and no less. I may not like or agree to what they do or say, but I have no right to slander them or tell them their awful as they too have feelings.
We’re all people on the other side of a screen, with problems, emotions, talents etc.. We don’t know what goes on in their life, what they deal with, or what’s going on. We don’t and can’t understand how they feel or what goes on inside their mind.
So really; who am I to say, what I say, you know?
That’s why what I say is my personal opinion and I believe that everyone’s thoughts should be expressed.
So what am I getting at, I guess it would be “Treat those how you’d like to be treated”, Respect each other, realize everyone is someone at the other side of the screen, and treat them with kindness and respect, and you’ll go far.
I also wanted to bring up another thing, lately I’ve seen so many artists beat themselves up over their art, saying their art is terrible or not worthy, and comparing their art to others.
First off, Shhhh, it’s okay, please don’t beat yourself up ;w;, never compare your art to someone else okay?
It’s not good as everyone’s different with art and everyone has their own style that they strive to get better with :3 if you look at your art and say “I want to get better” then I say go for it! I know you can do it!
Of course it will take awhile, some more than others but never get discouraged and never give up! Keep on practicing!
The term “practice makes perfect” is true, if you keep practicing you’ll get there :3
If you ever need help or guidance with things I can point you in the right direction, but I cannot teach you how to draw as it’s impossible
You can only teach yourself, you are the only one who can form and create your own style but you can have people give you guidance, point you in places that may or may not help you out.
Art is a journey, a long one and you need to understand that an artist is never done practicing, they are always ever growing and expanding, just keep your mind open and your pencil/pen on the paper and just believe :3
ANYWAY I seemed to have rambled on a lot and I apologize, I guess I just wanted to say what my heart felt, I hope you enjoyed reading my personal thoughts ;w;
