Don't worry though, I'm doing well thankfully just a lot of material loss. The water drained after hours and there is so much to clean up ATM. I'm without light and water right now (comes back from time to time but is no safe) and internet works when I have signal so I'm awaiting for things to come back to normal soon.

Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I apologize for not being so active over here and also for replying to PM's this late. I got too many and for those who asked commissions before I understand if you are no longer interested, anyways I get a lot of questions art related so let's answer them quickly: (also beware of bad english! woo!)

-Is your comic "A strange encounter" continuing?
I'm not currently working on it. I was doing the inks and colors in a collaboration with my bf steel_tigerwolf who did the sketches, backgrounds and dialog. Long story short, is not currently continuing. While the support we got is greatly appreciated, doing comics is a lot of work that I can't do right now. However, is probably that steel_tigerwolf will continue it sometime in the future as he liked to work in the proyect.

-Can I draw your character Sybil?
Fanart for all my ocs are allowed, but keep in mind that I don't feel comfortable with fetish stuff, shipping or drawing the characters suffering, etc. So please keep it vanilla if possible! Thanks for showing interestet in my ocs!

-My ocs are similar to your ocs...
Pretty much a story common in every fandom, ever. There are many characters that are similar to other characters, even in anime. I do own Sybil for example, but I don't own chimerism, since it's a condition that happens (rarely) in nature. Great minds think alike they say... I'm good as long as it's not a direct copy, when you vary the design to make it disntinct one from another. But I can't control it if someone else decides to copy it (which I hope they don't, lol). But taking inspiration is a common thing so as long as it keeps it that way, as inspiration.

-Can I reference your poses, etc?
You can't copyright a pose, lol. Rule of thumb is that you shouldn't trace it, I don't recommend it. Reference is ok though, I also reference things all the time. Keep studying anatomy, fellas!

-Can I draw/commission fanart of your oc Ayumi?
I gave the oc away and she does no longer belong to me.

-Can I commission your ocs with my ocs, etc?
I'm always up to discuss those things, as long as my ocs aren't ooc (out of character).

-Can I do an art trade with you?
I wish I could, but I can't atm so art trades are currently closed.

-Can you design a character for me?
Is a type of commission, and of course! all I need are some guidelines and the rest it acts as any commission, where I send wips, etc.

-Do you do reference sheets?
I do them, note, this is a work of precision but yes I do them! I will talk about them in detail later.

-Do you color lineworks?
Yes as long as you have the orig artist's permission. Costs half of a comm.

-Private commission?
Yes, ofc! in that sense is what the client decides.

-Why are you replying PM's this late? What happened?
Long story short, during the early 20s we got a heavy quarantine that lasted almost two years (!) thanks to our ex-president Alberto Fernandez (in Argentina). I don't want to get political on this topic nor this is the place to, but during that time I developed a social anxiety that didn't let me even sit on the computer due to lockdown (I can't stay in my house for too long, I always need to take walks, etc). I'm doing much better now thanks to the help of my therapist and I can now check things peacefully.

-How are you doing currently? You good?
I'm doing well fortunately, thanks for asking! My financial situation however, has been kind of a rollecoaster. TL;DR a bow eccho with severe rain hit my city the last 16th and 17th of December from the past year, I got water flooding inside of my house https://twitter.com/WhitePhox/statu.....769594/video/1 , the gutter of my room has been sucessfully repaired, but now I get water filtered thru a different part of my house. I've been contacting the repairman and he's going to repair this stuff but let me tell you, this isn't cheap at all! Been saving money to repair this and plus, with the economical crisis that has hit my country these latest years, my medical bills also got expensiver! So in that sense, it's been complicated. But other than that, I'm doing good!

IMPORTANT: I take commissions on Discord. Why using Discord though? Because it's easier to send WIPs, also faster. Let me know if you are interested, but keep in mind I might not be online 24/7 because I have to study, irl stuff, etc.

A WIP for Terms of Service, note that some things may change in the future, but at least it gives a general idea on what the client is getting into. Also helps organize things.

-Payment method: Paypal only. USD only. (maybe EUR, but keep in mind that there are conversion fees). No e-checks. I always send invoices.
-I reserve my right to refuse any offer.
-Payment must be done upfront. If the drawing is half done, refunds will be only the half, if not yet, commissioner can request a full refund. I don’t do refunds once the drawing is finished.
-Do not use the Paypal chargeback feature, anyone who does this without telling me will be blacklisted from future commissions.
-No rude clients, please, any rude client will be automatically refunded and blacklisted.
-Please specify what commission tier do you want, also if SFW or NSFW (I do both)
-Please, have visual references and no descriptions, descriptions are for designing characters. Designing characters will be a separated type of commission where I can design a character based on prompts, descriptions, parameters, etc.
-Keep in mind, english is not my main language, so please if possible, keep your descriptions short and sweet. You can send me pose reference, if not, you can give me artistic freedom with some drawing prompts or just totally freedom. Also if possible be decided on what you want.
-Alternative versions will cost an extra.
-I always send WIPs, please you can request edits during the WIP phases, I do not edit the commissions once they are finished.
-If there are too many edits, I will have to charge extra.
-If the character is way overdetailed, I will have to charge extra.
-Half body reduces price in half. I don’t do half body sketches. Only flat colors and shaded drawings.
-Patience, please, you can ask me for updates, but do not press me asking when the drawing will be done. If I forgot something, you are free to tell me and I'll edit the drawing.
-I do not work with limited dates.
-(Important, because I have other things to do IRL and I have to study, all I'm asking is patience, commissions open will depend of when I have them announced open, thank you for understanding!)
-I reserve my right to share the finished drawings on my sites/social media unless if the commission is stated as private.
-I always send the high resolution of the drawing via Google Drive, Dropbox, Imagevenue, e-mail, etc.

-Because of inflation and taxes/bills, I tend to raise prices from time to time. Note that the FA commission tab is outdated, since editing a price sheet takes less time, so please ignore it.

-Please do ask before using my ocs in NSFW situations, some of them are open characters, some not and there are too many to list here. I don't draw my main fursona "Snek" (or possible other sonas) in NSFW situations. I don't draw my ocs OOC (out of character). I can draw all my ocs in SFW.
-I don't ship my characters with other people's characters (exceptions are friends only). Some topics/stories are exclusively for commissions only and non-canon.
-If you are using other people's characters and/or fursonas involved, be sure that you have their permission to draw them.
-I can also color other people's lineworks, that will cost half of the price of a full colored commission. Be sure that you have the artist's permission and the linework in full resolution. (the same prices apply if you want to upgrade a commission I did that it was a colored sketch or inking/flats).

-If you commissioned a lineart from me you are allowed to color it or have another artist coloring it.
-Please do not use my work to be fed on AI machines, or to be finished on AI machines.
-Drawings are for personal use only. Do not repost my work for monetary gain. I don't take commissions for re-sales (because I'll have to ask for % and I really don't want to deal with that).
-If you are re-selling a character that I've designed, please don't resell it for a higher price.
-If you are re-selling a character that involves my drawings on it, don't do it for a higher price.
-If you bought a character from me in the past, you are free to do them whatever you want.
-You can re-share the commission in your websites/social media, etc.

My work mostly focuses on vanilla and casually light kinks/fetish (ie: costumes, light bdsm, etc) . I don't draw fetish related artwork nor extreme fetish stuff.
My style focuses on a mix between anthro characters and anime. I can also draw things like Spiral Knights, chibis, anime, kemonomimi, rule34 as long as it matches my style. I don't currently draw feral. Anything that's pokemorph, digimorph, and related is ok. I can also draw size difference.
For NSFW images, I tend to do human genitalia.
I draw any gender, any species, any pairings, and several body types from thin, chubby, curvy, muscular, etc. as long as it's not extreme proportions.

-Overdetailed cosplays ((might cost an extra))

My nanni passed away the last wednesday at 71 years old, she was like my second mother who took care of me and taught me so much. I'm going to miss her so much...

I don't write a lot of journals anymore aren't I? Hehe oh well...

2020 was a difficult year to all of us. I can't even imagine. I lost my clinical doctor due to Covid. I had tons of personal conflicts in my house internally. Since I live in Argentina, the quarantine lasted forever and I wasn't doing well mentally speaking. In fact most recently I had panick attacks and I would be in medication temporally for 10 days, and I'll need to find a new therapist because the latest one I was doing treatment with cannot be present in this city. Online sessions might not be for me atm. Add the massive economic crisis we are dealing with, definitely not fun.

But the strangest thing out of everything, is that staying in home for so long made me draw a lot! Way more than other years and I'm even surprised at that myself. I used to be very slow at drawing but now getting faster at it. So I hope I can keep improving on it because to me that's a dream. And to be able to do comics too, we'll see...
