Hello, it's been over three years since I last said anything in a journal on here. My updates on social media have been less and less frequent. I've been going more private as I get older, it just feels more peaceful. Having said that, I can definitely give a 50,000 foot birds eye view about the things that I think should matter to you if you follow me.

* I have been on a weight loss journey, various health concerns led to the ultimate conclusion that my weight wasn't helping, so I am now down approximately 60-70 pounds from where I started back in February 2025 (medical records indicate 383 lbs).
* I still make music, I mostly focus on content creation on my various platforms, if you would like to see, check it out on my new website nylatigress.com (carrd link still works if you have that). New album is coming soon. Working with my best friend kamikitty on the art and should hopefully have an update soon!
* Speaking of which, I visited her a couple times this year, loved every moment and can't wait to see her again for MFF 2025, it's gonna be fun :3 (very platonic but feverishly queer energy uwu)
* I don't think it needs to be mentioned, still trans, still queer. This is my third year coming out and that's I really have to say about that. Embracing more of who I am everyday.
* I've had various mishaps and unfortunate layoffs job wise, at one point having my dream job (so it seemed) but budget cuts made it for an untimely exit. I have a new career in the horizon and hope it pans out.
* I have been reignited of my intrigue in Pokemon thanks to my bestie, now I'm fucked. Also Vocaloid is the shit, so is Limp Bizkit. No explanation is needed.
* Nyla has some iterative updates over the past couple years, but I'm thinking the form she is now is probably going to be here to stay for a while, maybe with very smol updates.

As you guys know, I've been Nyland since like.... 2010. I feel like this doesn't really fit my gender identity as a feminine leaning non-binary. I would request to be referred to as she/they. My new name for me, and my fursona, is Nyla.
