As long as I do my stretches right, ice my wrist, and don't go crazy, I'm good to keep drawing!

You know how I drew that ref, and was like, "my tendinitis is bad so I shouldn't have drawn this "? yeah turns out I shouldn't have drawn that.

my wrist & hand got worryingly worse, so I'm gonna have to force a break for quite a while. sucks a LOT bc I just started getting back in the swing of things, but i can't risk injuring myself further.

seeing a PT in a week, so I'll hopefully start recovering soon ;;

Just an update that I'll be going to FC 2020 this year. I'm SO thrilled to be going back, I haven't been able to go since moving to Washington a couple of years ago.

I'll also be taking my first fursuit head, so it'll be my first time suiting as well. I'll post some photos here with the finished product so you know what to look for if you want to find me.

I just got home after my first Anthrocon! It was a really wonderful experience, and I’m so glad I got to go. I got to meet some awesome people and hang out with some old friends, and there was so much amazing art.

I’d really love to go next year, and I’m considering signing up for artists alley if I’m able to go.

First things first, I've made myself a new icon. It used to be a crop of this piece: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/24198164/ but I decided it's time for an Earl Grey icon. He's the one with the wee toe beans, after all.

I am also back from a few weeks of absence! I had my top surgery at the end of april, and while I am THRILLED it did put me out of commission for a little while. I still can't put my hands above my head but I can draw just fine.

I'm not allowed to go back to work for another week (doctor's orders) so I'll go ahead and open up a commission slot or two. I'll either take two flat commissions or one rendered.

EDIT: stuff has actually come up, so I won't be able to open up commission slots just now. I'll leave the info here for later, and I can still offer quotes in the meantime if you're interested.

SO GOOD NEWS, I got a wonderful job that I love, which is why I haven't posted anything in a week. I've been trying to make a real effort to work on art in some capacity every day, like sketch or do a quick finished piece or work on a more involved one. BUT, uh, full time job is for some reason getting in the way of that, idk what's up with that.

Anyway I'm going to be slower to upload stuff until I get into the swing of things. More likely I'll be doing sketches and stuff that isn't polished enough to put in my gallery, SO, if you want to see more of my art definitely check out my art twitter!

I'm all moved into the new place and have my desk and tablet all set up. I've been able to draw a lot more lately! I'm aiming to put a lot more work into art, I want to improve at a better rate and get more serious about this as a hobby : > once I'm drawing at a more consistent quality I might open up commissions again!

I'm without a tablet at the moment so I haven't been able to do any digital work, and all my traditional stuff has been sketchy and not really fit for uploading by itself. I've been posting a lot of them on my art twitter, but I won't be uploading too much here until I'm able to do digital stuff again in a couple months.
