I mentioned it on my Twitter and Bsky, but towards the beginning of March I ended up tweaking my arm again in the middle of drawing commissions which made it pretty painful to use a pen or do anything with a mouse. Its taken a lot of daily stretches and nerve glides but I've gotten to the point where I can draw again for periods of time without much issue, so I'm going to start work on comms again (this time at a healthier pace haha.)

Thank you to those who purchased slots for your patience, it truly means a lot. I'm really excited to get back to making stuff again, drawing is what keeps me sane!!

About a week ago I went a little ham drawing without any breaks, and ended up tweaking my ulnar nerve. ^^;;

The doctor said it's nothing too serious and should recover fine on its own, I just need to let it rest for a while. So I'm gonna be taking a break from drawing to let it heal, and learn to pace myself next time motivation strikes, haha. >>;;

It feels like I'm running into one problem after another..

My computer has been trying to make me install Windows 11 for a while now after I reverted back to Windows 10, so I've been constantly denying the automatic updates it tries to give me every 7 days. Last night I mistakenly pressed update and shut down, so it started downloading Windows 11. I wasn't thinking clearly at the time so I turned off my computer mid-installation, because last time I reverted to 10 it messed with a lot of my settings and files and I didn't want to deal with the hassle. After this happened though, my computer would just not start, it kept on rebooting over and over and not let me actually start or access anything. I tried doing everything I could to repair it but sadly it had become corrupted. In the end I was forced to do a clean reinstall, wiping all my files, notably all my art and WIPS.

I've definitely learned my lesson of not interrupting downloads (especially when it's changing your whole operating system) but man, this really sucks!

Well, after 4 years, I tested positive for covid. Thankfully the symptoms have been relatively mild, but it has definitely conked me out in all regards. Hopefully it passes sooner rather than later ^^;;

My drawing tablet has been acting very funky recently (brightness keeps acting up and making it VERY irritating to work with.) Thank you to those with comm slots who have been patiently waiting, but it might be a hot minute as I try and fix this as fast as I can ^^;;

As of today, I can no longer call myself a teenager..

In all seriousness, this has been my most art productive year of my entire life and I wanted to thank everyone for enjoying my funky drawings. Heres to many more! :>

I have decided to move most of the doodles in my scraps to my main gallery because 1. I post more regulary there 2. Most of the art is the same as my regular stuff just without color 3. Some peeps don't know the scraps folder even exists!

So yeah, if you're curious about the sudden influx of doodles on my main page that's why >v<

I've been feeling pretty confused these past few years, and after some months of thought I'm beginning to feel that I may not be aromantic like I thought. I'm still figuring myself out so this may change in the future, but I think I'm just going to be pan and call it a day :)
