Please send me a detailed description of your project. Try to provide references of your character and any other relevant information. Here's a form that you can use:


▻ Picture references: the more detailed, the better
▻ Character description: name, race, species, mood and personality etc
▻ Instructions: eye color, accessories, scars, tattoo, clothing
▻ Pose reference if you want
▻ Mention if you want a transparent background beforehand!

✧ Please fill out this form including as much info (and references) as possible! Everything you want to see in your art and help to visualise your character will be handy: art, descriptions, screenshots etc.

✧ If you're giving me an artistic freedom and want me to imagine poses/costumes on my own, without your references, do not give me major changes after approving the sketch

TOS
▻ As soon as we agree on the project and the pricing, I take full payment and start the illustration. Simple background is default.
▻I show you every step of my work: sketch, color, render, to find things to improve before the end.
▻ If you want to change something after the painting is finished, you have 3 minor changes, all the major changes will cost additional 10€▻ As soon as you approve final image, you receive the full size png file (via Google Drive)

DESIGN TOS:
General:
⋄ By trading or purchasing (YCH commissions, adoptables, etc) any of my art, you automatically agree to the following conditions. I will deny your request If I realize you didn't read this or you don’t follow these conditions.
⋄ Nothing made by Voidateit (me) may be used in NFT or AI of any kind. Thank you.
⋄ I won’t sell my content to minors.
⋄ I have all rights to use the same idea, theme, breed, species etc. again.

Payment:
⋄ I accept money payments via PayPal. I only accept USD or Euros.
⋄ I can only accept payment as a friend / relative, because PayPal in Ukraine appeared recently and not with all the functions. Thanks for your understanding and support!
⋄ As a buyer, you don’t have to pay any fees. They are mine to handle.

Designs
⋄ The design must be paid in 24-hours after I have accepted your bid or offer.
⋄ If I won’t receive the payment during this time-line, the design will go back for sale or for the next bidder.
⋄ Auctions will end after 24-48 hours of the last bid.

⋄ Short payment plans can be discussed for payments of 200$. (Max. 2 weeks)

⋄ I can hold a design for max. 1 week.
⋄ If the hold is needed, I’ll require 10% up-front payment, unless stated otherwise.
Note: This payment is not refundable if you decide to back off.

Refunds:
⋄ I won’t do refunds unless it’s from my side.
- For example: I no longer want to continue a Payment plan or can’t finish your commission.

⋄ You won’t get a refund if you decide to back out from a payment or payment plan.
Once the payment has started, you are not only paying for the design but for the hold and my time as well.

What you will get & are allowed to do:
The buyer will receive full rights for the character.
Note: For the character, Not for the work.

The buyer will receive the full resolution image via Google Disk
✔ You are allowed to use the design for commercial use if you please.
Meaning you are allowed to produce prints, stickers, pillows, posters etc. for sell
✔ You are allowed to change the design as long it stays recognizable for the original version.
Keep the original design safe, in case the design will get rehomed.
✔ You are allowed to co-own the design with someone else.
Please let me know about this before-hand.
✔ You are allowed to sell, gift or trade the design.
The new owner must read and agree to my TOS

Do not:
🚫Sell the design for more than you have paid for it in total.
Yes, you are allowed to add the commissioned or made content prices alongside with the original purchase price.
Traded designs can’t be sold for money, unless you have added extra content for the character. Then it can be sold for the amount you have spent on them.

🚫Remove any of the character credits.
Remove my design from the Toyhouse in any case.
People doing this will get automatically blacklisted / blocked.

🚫Sell, Gift or Trade my designs to publicly blacklisted people.
This will get you automatically blacklisted / blocked as well.
You are not allowed to Co-Own my design with publicly blacklisted people.

🚫If you edit the design you are not allowed to sell the versions separated from each other.

🚫I do not allow my designs to be used in illegal, offensive or unpleasant actions such as:
homophobic, transphobic or anti-LQBTQ+ content
sexist, racist content etc
zoo- / pedophilic content
diaper, scat, hyper fetish content, etc

The rules on this TOS might change with or without a notice.
I am not responsible for any violations, whether they are intentional or not.
