I can leave you as anonymous on both my queue, and when posting the finished piece if requested. A fully private commission (I don’t post the final result/wips anywhere) will cost an extra fee.

TERMS OF SERVICE

-My prices and terms are subject to change at any time.
-Turnout time is generally 1-2 weeks, never more than a month.
-Full payment upfront via Stripe or Paypal invoice, will be emailed to you.
-Full refunds are only available before I have sent the sketch. Partial refunds can be given depending on how much of the piece I have finished. No refund is available if the work is already close to completion.
-If I decide I cannot finish the work, I will offer a full refund regardless of completion progress.
-I retain the rights to any completed work, concepts, and work in progress shots sent during the commission process.
-I will post WiPs/finished works to my socials. A fully private commission will cost an additional 30% of the final price.
-I will periodically send work in progress screenshots of the work as I feel necessary. You may also request screenshots at any time.
-Do not remove my signature from the finished work, or alter it in any other way without explicit permission from me. This does not include cropping the work for displays such as profile pics or banners.
-My art is not to be used in AI training, NFT sales, or any monetary/commercial way without prior discussion and licensing from me. Your finished commission is for your personal/private use only.
-Any attempt at chargeback after payment will result in your automatic loss of rights to the digital art made.

ADOPT/CHARACTER DESIGN USAGE

-Once purchased, the design is yours.
-Do not use my designs in AI training or NFT sales.
-You are free to resell, trade, or gift your design as you please.
-Do not remove my signature from the design artwork.
-Any attempt at chargeback after payment will result in your automatic loss of rights to the design made.
