Good news the thief was not able to rob the next door neighbor
Bad news they are looking for the thief, but can't find him good chance he is still in the neighborhood local wanted us to close our doors, and keep a look out for him.

It starts to work then when the desktop shows it shuts right the fuck off, and restarts itself I don't know what to do :(
OH and you won't believe this apparently my computer learned a new trick it FREEZES!!!
I don't mean like you click a webpage or nothing I mean it totally freezes you can't type, click, move anything NOTHING WORKS!!!!
Its fucking optional it freezes, and restarts at the WORST OF TIMES!!!

Posted 14 years agoHello everyone it is me I just want you guys to know a few thengs about teamwork even though you guys already know so much about must add a few things about this word called Teamwork
Teamwork is not all the time the best thing when it comes to making something. One may be in charge or two maybe in charge, but sometimes there is no equal ground between more than two when it comes down to it the one who has it is mainly in charge of everything sometimes to put it on the line the one who does most of the work, but the one who does it also should know that the main pressure is focused on him. So when it comes down to it teamwork is not there.
When a suggestion comes into play it changes everything once it shows up two thing occur.
Argue about it
or
Change it without thinking
Something else I might add when the one person does the action for the whole team, and is successful means that the main glory goes to that person.
And a bit more sometimes when a change occurs then it may be drastic as hell, and that hell breaks loose, and the team may brake up. To make a successful team that team must have equal parts not one above all or two above all, but just equal parts
When it comes to something within the team that is not correct it is very good that each make a real solution for solving the problem at hand.All to say for this is that a team is not a team when others fight against that team itself.
It is also a good job to share that responsibility with the other team, and to help the other catch up, and give that teamate the equal rights of that group of individuals.
It is always true that one cannot do all
Cutting ideas are also not good as well sometimes the one that is let go may be the one that is of most importance. (example) you did a science project with cotton balls, but someone wants to remove the cotton balls, and do the project without them well the grade may not go up as much cause they cut out the thing that will give them an A++
Now you see....
And I am not getting on anyone I have learned this from my life growing up.
Been thinking about this for awhile.
Anyway once you do some teamwork with someone you have to think about the team as well with everyone else not just with one cause, but many cause that teamate help put it together. When people come into play the group must come up with a solution together that doesn't effect the point of what they are working on.
Make it perfect to where everyone enjoys, and plus for the team itself okay
So when you guys do something, and it is good then please share the glory.

[Notice] I really feel bad about not posting the request artwork yet, but as you can see I don't have scanners so I am basically SOL, but I am not lying to everyone I feel horrible holding these request you guys/girls I apologize I should have gotten myself together before I tried to open request my fault I thought that I was going to get my W2 form earlier >.>, and I just got it today.
