That's not me. So anyone who has that account added, hasn't been talking to me.

I know a lot of people watch me to see the art that I post, but unfortunately posting new art has been the last thing on my mind for a while. I'll get to posting things again soon enough. Have a few things gathered up to post now at least.

This has been on my mind for a while and it may sound weird for some of you but, does anyone like me?

I don't mean in the want a relationship kind of way, I'm really just looking into my social standing with people and what they think of me. I have a hard time holding any kind of conversation with anyone these days due to my current issues, save for skype (my preferred method, though no one ever wants to do it).

Do you like me? Hate my guts? Annoying, Hard to be around? Too quiet and reserved? Better left alone until my situation improves? Uncomfortable? Anything really.

I've had a few people in the past say they thought I always talked to people and were quiet because I wasn't talking to them, or they didn't try to make contact with me because they didn't think I'd have time between so many conversations going. Which simply isn't true, since I usually have only one, maybe up to 3 going at once? I don't talk, nor do most others talk, either because I can't hold any conversation, or the other side not replying or having anything to say for any number of reasons. I don't think I should be viewed that way by anyone, I am no means popular or anything like that, so I should not be treated any differently then anyone else. I'm just a rawr.

Who is open for commissions, who is competent that they can draw a large, feral dragon. Preferably able to draw them girthy/fat.

I've been having trouble finding anyone, so I figured I'd make a journal. :V

I've been having a lot of issues lately that I want to get off my back, mostly in terms of socializing and talking with people, I just want to make things clear to people who don't seem to realize some things, and just re-inform those who do know all of those through talking to me personally.

Before I say anything, I will say that I am under constant stress and some depression, so I'm not the easiest person to get through to at times. I live on my own at age 20, have a job where I have a lot of hours for my first job, I have lots of bills to cover and its stressful for someone my age. Got to cook clean, and do everything for the place too.

I'm going to write this as a Question and Answer format. No one specifically asked these questions, I just feel it would be easier to get my point across this way.


Q: Why are you always so quiet and never talk to me? I feel like you don't want to talk and that I shouldn't try to talk to you because of that and your disinterest.

A: I've had a lot going on for the past few months in my life. I've finally had a job, an income and money to spend. That comes with great costs to free time, sleep and more often then not I am dead tired by the time I get home and don't want to do anything or say/do much.
Its not that I'm not interested, its just very hard to keep my attention when I lose focus so often from being tired. I used to be good at multitasking but I'm finding I'm losing that ability now that I've been working all the time.
Talking through text is slowly becoming a dead venue for me, I much prefer to voice chat with people on skype if its available, over talking to them on text. Its also where I am the most verbal and expressive instead of just going "Rawr" or ":v" all the time on text.
If you feel like you're losing me in a text conversation, give me another poke to get my attention back, it usually works unless I'm engrossed in a full screen game, in which case you should be poking me on steam or skype, my two main IM venues. Pidgin has no audio for me, only steam and skype do.
In some cases, its other people not replying to me. If I am poking someone, I am genuinely interested in trying to talk to them, and it gets rather demotivating when I find that they either never reply, or say hi back and never say anything after that, there are a few people I've already expressed being upset about this with, and its a shockingly common occurrence, and is my main issue with talking on text right now.
If none of the above apply, I either don't know you, or I've tried talking to you before and you gave a bad impression.


Q: You come off as snippy and aggressive on text, or even busy, and make me feel like it would be better to leave you alone, should I be?

A: In some cases, it might be wise. Usually that's when I have some personal status message up to match my mood. Most times I just come off like that through text, particularly to new people I'm not completely comfortable with yet, even if I don't intend it. I apologize for those who have experienced that.
A lot of people seem to think that a lot of people talk to me on a constant basis, this is simply not the case. I'm not busy talking with other people, because more often then that, you'll be one of maybe two or three conversations I'll have running at the time.
Having company makes me happy, and I always appreciate having it, even if both parties are quiet.


Q: You never talk about anything, what gives?

A: I lead a rather boring life, on top of much of what I mentioned already. I've always had an extremely hard time thinking of things to talk about with people, especially when the other party isn't as willing to try to spark conversation as I am. I think its really stupid when people complain that you have nothing to talk about when you poke them, and then never make any effort to make any conversation themselves. You want to talk to them, which should be flattering, then they stuff a dick down your throat the wrong way for no reason. Not fair or pleasant.
I don't do anything in my free time most of my time, and work is rather uneventful. That on top of being a listener in the first place leads to me not being that strong at holding conversations.


Q:I recently met you, or haven't spoken to you in a while, but I'm finding you hard to talk to. Any advice?

A: The only advice I have to offer is what I already suggested. Trying to poke me even if I'm being quiet, trying to talk to me from day to day even if I don't seem interested. I take time to get used to new people normally. Something that won't help you in most cases is trying to role play with me off the bat or soon after meeting me, I'll let you know when I'm comfortable with such things. Think of it as me requiring some taming before I get comfortable. You'll get there eventually.


Q:What kind of bad habits do you know you have in regards to talking to people?

I greet or try to gain people's attention if they're yet to reply or went idle for a while by just saying "rawr" or ":v". Not to mention I abuse both in text as I had mentioned before. I have already mentioned coming off as a little cold when I talk in text, that I cannot help as it comes with writing everything so prim and proper all the time, since I can't stand to use bad grammar and all that.
I also have a bad habit of guilt tripping, even if I don't realize I am doing it. If you feel like I am doing something like that or are offending you, I'd really like to know so I can avoid doing it, I've had people avoid telling me even though I asked them to multiple times in the past before they finally told me, AFTER it got too pent up. Tell me ASAP. I won't get mad unless its something like being offended on how I don't believe in religion and want me to have one. If you try to force religion on me, I'll stick that cross or whatever it is your religion has, up your ass and give it a good twist.
I also have a bad habit of getting upset at games and complaining about said game. I am working on fixing this right now, and I have gotten better at holding back from saying anything when this happens. This only applies to skype though.


Q:Do you like to roleplay?

A: I do enjoy it, but I get burnt out of it rather easily, and I generally save larger, longer RPs for people of considerable importance to me. Even with people I'm somewhat new with I usually do basic 1~5 word actions like leaning or squishing, flexing, things like that I guess. Hugs too. :V
Anyway, its really not high priority for me when I am at home, so don't get upset if I don't seem interested or lose interest when I had said I was. Mood swings or something happening in real life can change my mood to RP quite swiftly.

Q:(Not completely relevant) Can we be in a commission together?

A: Generally I will not refuse to split with someone on a piece of art, as long as I have the funds at the time, but I will not get commissions with people who I don't feel comfortable with or don't feel I know well enough. Though usually the flattery of wanting to be in a picture with me is enough to get past that most of the time.



I can't think of anymore right now, but this should cover a lot of issues I've been having with other people and issues people have been having with me. Hope this helps at least one person understand me better.

I don't come off the way I mean it in my head on text a lot of the time, from experience of people telling me or wondering if that's how I meant to say something.

I'm honestly really bad at talking through text these days, and it takes a lot of time to get used to me and for myself to get used to someone through talking on text.

I much prefer to voice chat on skype when people are interested these days, I have an easier time talking and getting my point across properly on it instead of through text. I used to be good at talking on text, but I can't seem to do it anymore.

What might be a joke to me, might come off as offensive to someone else on text, and its really unpredictable.

I have a lot of issues when it comes to talking on text too, I come off as cold and busy when I'm really neither of those. I tend to reply in short lines a lot until a conversation topic I can talk walls about comes up. Which makes it incredibly hard to talk to anyone who, like me, is more of a listener rather then a talker.

Ever since I've started working, I've become a lot harder to talk to, and I really appreciate the people who have tried to work around that. Can't say the same for the people who make no effort though, its frustrating when you do it. :c

 dasa (He's SO GAY) - Save for the weekends, you're always there to talk to me after you get home from work later in the evening, and you always open your ears to listening to any issues I might be having and of course just generally hanging out with me. Getting art with you is always fun too. You're just an awesome guy in general to be around. <3



 bl00dr4g0n aka FlamingRawrs- You've spent a lot of time trying to cheer me up when you're around, and usually you're able to even. I always enjoy getting to spend time with you and hanging out with you, just wish we had a game we could play, since I don't play TF2 anymore. At least we'll always be pizza demons together forever.~



 shogunshiron - You're often busy, but like the others I've listed, you make time to spend time with me and you even try to appease to my interests in order to cheer me up even if its just a little. You've been a friend of mine for years, much like Flaming has been, so you two are among my longest known friends who've stuck with me since near the beginning, and I'll always appreciate that



 jennithedragon (SOMUCHGAIAOHMYGAY) - You're the friend I've known for the longest out of anyone on the internet, that still talks to me. We've known each other since you were 16, so it's been a good long 6 years since we've first met. We've both gone through a lot and changed a lot since then but we still talk when I can manage to catch you. You're always willing to do nice little pictures for me too when I can't find anyone else for an important occasion or need a new concept done up. (RooTra, SergalTra, Hike even), and even though our conversations are sparse these days, I'll always appreciate your company.



 midekai (He's Such a FAG) - It's been a good three years now since we've met, and I still worry about how you're doing in your life. You're more often then not busy most days, but its always nice when I hear from you. It's always fun hearing how FABULOUSLY FAGISH your voice is when we get to skype on a few occasions. On that note, you need more fat art. Chop Chop on that. :V



 gckami - Its been a whole year now since we last were dating each other, can't believe its been that long. You're still a significant part of my life, and I always love talking to you even with your tendency to doze off and disappear for the rest of the evening on occasion. I hope someday that you'll be able to find yourself in a better job that will allow you more free time and let you be less tired all of the time. You deserve that much for how sweet you are.



 fetho-os-riedo - Even though you're a more recent friend compared to everyone else on this list so far, you're still a big part of my life these days. You kept on trying to talk to me when I was in one of my extremely down times, despite how often I'd tell you it was fine or to not worry about me. You didn't even know me and you still did it. You may always be busy with work now and don't have much access to the internet because of such, but your kindness always makes up for it.



 nuclearfusion - The only local friend out of this list. We had our period of barely talking to each other, but now that we're back to talking again, I couldn't be happier, just wish I could grab you and bring you over more often like you used to, I miss laying here on my bed and chilling out to watch movies with you. You were always good company. Also fun to know someone else who's almost always buff/macro too.~



 zsisron - We stopped talking for the longest time up until the past few days, but it's been really nice talking to you again, I also appreciated the company on dungeon defenders the few times we got to play. Nagas got to stick together. Amirite? :v



 firondraak aka SUPERFAG - I've known you for 4 years now, and even though, like most everyone else on this list, you're insanely busy (on top of insanely horny), you're always more then welcome company to a normally bland day. You've been my bro most of that time, and you'll always be my bro.~



 morghus - You were the person who was the most kind to me through the past few years, and it makes me really sad that I never hear from you anymore. I always loved your company even if I didn't show it. You've moved on to other people, but I still wanted to mention you here anyway,



 karosu - You helped me a lot back when we were dating. You tried to keep my mood and attitude in check and try to get me to better myself, but a lot of the good things about our friendship disappeared soon after we split up. I wish things were back to like they were before, but things and people change, and people move on to other things. You're not the same person anymore in my eyes, and that makes me a little sad, but maybe things will change soon so that we can at least be better friends to each other again.



wolf17 You're often busy, and ramble on about random things I have no idea what you're talking about, but you're one of those people who tries to make up for not being around very often, be it through art or through playing a game or two with me when you manage to find time to be around. The squeakiness is always appreciated.



kulbara - You were once my closest friend, but you've long since moved on to other people you deem more worthy of your company, or disappear from the internet for weeks at a time like you used to do years ago when I used to talk to you the very few times you were on back a few years ago. I'm sorry that I'm not the type of person you want to spend time with anymore, but those were some good times we had back then, and its enough reason to put you in here.



larus aka Derpdragon - We don't get to talk to much, and there was a period where we stopped talking for a while, and made it hard for us to talk again, but you're sweet, and are more then willing to be blunt with me when you need to let me know that I'm not doing something you appreciate. I'm just sorry I'm no good at holding conversation, else I would spend a lot more time conversing with you. I hope you at least find time sometime soon to play that copy of Dungeon Defenders I got you.~



sleepingdog - You spent a lot of time listening to my problems, and hanging out with me on League of Legends, and I really appreciated all the company. I think that's about it for now, there are some people I've lost contact with or people I'm friends with who I'm just plain friends with.
