Posted 8 years agoI've recently started tinkering with some traditional art (don't worry it's not getting in the way of commissions, I've been working on it while I've been out looking for a house to move into) and I'm currently looking for some inspiration and maybe some tutorials on using traditional media. I was recently given an amazing set of Faber-Castelle Polychromos pencils and chalk pastels to use (thank you so much Sebkha!) And I'm looking forward to taking a crack at drawing with them once I've finished my digital art queue.
Hit me with your favourite Traditional artists and any helpful tutorials you may have come across :D Or if you do traditional yourself please show me your work ^^ Streaming with Nutcase on Picarto!

nut-caseTaking a really short break!
Posted 8 years agoHey guys, sorry to have to do this mid commission queue but I'm needing to take a couple days break. Exhaustion has caught up with me I felt like something was up with my energy dropping over the last week or so and turns out I've caught the flu. My body is literally telling me its time to take it easy. I wont be out for long probably just need a few days and some extra sleep (if the bloody construction sites outside my window will let me grrr), I'll probably still be working on bits and pieces when my energy picks up but correspondence will be slow and I wont be on stream for a little bit.

I'm heading to Furry Down Under in 2 days time! I will be closing my commissions for a lengthy time after this convention (as I usually do) to focus on my workload from the con!
This is the last chance to order a commission before I close for a few months.
Online Commission bookings will close as of 5th May (AEST) (4th May in US) and last orders need to be finalized and paid before 8th May (AEST) (7th May in US)

Furry Groups- Rockabilly related Group suggestions please!
Posted 8 years agoSo I'm trying to find groups to be affiliated with but seems that all the ones that I could be interested in have been inactive for 2-10 years!!! YEARS!!! Like what the hell!!!
Does anyone know of any active pinup/rockabilly/retro/vintage furry groups I could join or am I going to have to make my own? :P All the good names seem to be taken by the dead groups though ugh.

I have a new art style available for commission! I've been needing to do this for a while. The style was inspired by Sailor Jerry tattoo pinup girls, The Jetsons and all things cheese cake! I give you my own take on a furrified retro bombshell!(So excited!!!!!!)

I've been busy at work on fixing up an in depth Terms of Service and Commission Process guide the last couple of days with help from my friend Surelia!

This Guide covers not only legal expectations, the rules of commissioning me and the rights of the artist and commissioners but also explains how my additional charges works, what you can expect from my service and an explanation on my commissioning processes :)
I am open to hearing some feedback on the document from anyone who is interested in taking the time to read it :) I do realize it is lengthy but I hope to be working on a shortened TL;DR version of it at a later date.
