Hey Ya'll just Daddy TK here cleaning up the place after neglecting it for so long.
I have to admit I did not think 2022 would roll me over like it did but...here we are!
It was a rough year, I ended up reneging on a lot of promises because of the deep depression I found myself in. A series of bad events just caused me to pull into myself and I was honestly at a lost as to what to do for the longest time.
Im fine now, or at least as fine as I can be, enough to where I feel like I can function again.
I'll be moving back onto FA from twitter as my main area of activity. Im currently working on making my own Webpage with the help of a good friend of mine and hopefully it'll be up and running soon enough.
That way if any of these sites go POOF you'll know where to find me.
Commissions are close and my list is pretty big currently, I'm trying to get through them and have them all done by the end of April but that's a hopeful estimate at best.
I'll be changings some things regarding those mainly what will be offered, prices and updating my TOS given the recent developments in art theft and such.
Thats all for now, I hope all of you are alright and that you're living the best you can.

Still here, just missing something
Posted 4 years agoSo, I have had the most miserably unhappy week of my life. Several days ago, I had to say goodbye, for the last time, to the man who raised me to be who I am today, my Grandfather. As I stood over his grave and watched them lower him in, I could feel a piece of me go with him. There will be few events in my life that will be able to match what has happened but all of them are events I hope never come to pass. But life is like that, it gives you the things you want but it also gives you every bit of the things you don’t. So I’m here, just trying to figure out how big of a chunk of me was left behind. I will cope the best way I know how, I will draw, I will silently sit at my table and put pen to tablet and draw till I feel better. Draw to forget, draw to remember, draw to just feel normal again. I will draw because that is all I know.
I will be back to working on commissions again, sorry for keeping you all waiting. All projects will be pushed back a week to reflect the new schedule given the recent events. Be sure to keep an eye on my Trello for updates to my commission list. Please contact me if you have any questions you might want to ask.

TK here just wanted to let you all know that I’ll be back to a regular working schedule starting today. I’ve made a few changes regarding my commissions that I’ll let you all know about later. Im currently working on my list from last year and should be done with it by this month. For those of you who have been waiting patiently this whole time, thank you. I appreciate your kindness and understanding given everything that has happened.

Sorry for the lack of content in regard to the titles and descriptions for each pic. I wanted to do one massive bulk upload and then change each one individually but PostyBirb ain't having that shit so I've had to constantly restart the uploads. Uuururrrrgggghhhhh!
Well anyway, I hope you guys like what you see so far.
Expect A LOT more to come... well as soon as I figure out a way that PostyBirb won't tell me NO. I'm sure it is not their fault but something else, they've been pretty reliable and consistent so far.

YCH and IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

I wanted to thank everyone who participated in my last YCH, the support i received was incredible so I can't express how grateful I am. I also want to appologize because I didn't handle certain aspects of the YCH properly and promise in the future that I'll do a better job. So please look forward to it.
All the YCH images have been finished and sent out. Please check your emails and if you still can't find it send me an email to tkorca.commissions(a)gmail.com and I'll forward you your pics through there.
I also want to inform everyone that I will be closed for commissions during the month of December. I will be using that time to finish off my backlog so that way I can start 2018 with a clean list. I want to send out my sincerest apologies to all my commissioners who have been waiting for an outrageously long time for me to finish your commissions. Thank you so much for your patience and consideration.
Lastyly and probably most importantly, after a lot of thinking I decided I will be increasing my commission prices and also changing what commission types I offer. I feel like the amount of work I'm putting into commissions has increased and so has my level of skill so as to make my time and effort more worth it I will be making changes to my price list. Thank you all so much for everything over the last year. I hope that 2018 will be another year full of art and fun.

I hope all of you are doing alright, just TK here with a small update for all of you who commissioned me and also to my fans out there who take the time to look at my journals.
For those of you who commissioned me this month I want to send out my thanks and sincerest gratitude for your kind support. I know that asking you to sign up for my web store may seem like a big extra step to commission me but its necessary to help keep me organized and focused on making sure I get around to doing each one. Having a dedicated system for my commissions is a really big help. Especially since I had to come to the realization that I actually have a very flighty personality. Again, Thank you.
As for my gallery, I will be uploading my back log of commissions going as far back as last year. If you keep an eye out you'll see how my style has evolved over the last year and a half. Looking through it again I regret leaving some methods behind. I should look into bringing them back.

Thanks to all of you who have bought commissions from me so far. I just want to send out a quick apology to all of you still waiting on updates. I hit some setbacks but I will likely have all my due updates out to all of you no later than this weekend. I really appreciate your patience with me, even though I've been accepting commissions for over a year now I still make simple mistakes. Ahhhhh, its frustrating but I just have to try harder. After all, this whole thing is based on mutual trust right?
Again, thank you, really. *bows*
Id also like to ask for the help of my current and future commissioners. I've only just recently started using a public list to show who's currently on my commission queue so for those of you who have confirmed getting commissions from me and have sent payment. If you don't see your name on my active list after two days please remind me to add you. I'm still pretty scatter brained when it comes to keeping organized. Its one of my major weakness.
So if you don't see your name on my active list and you have already sent payment, please message me and remind me to add you. I'll do my best to keep the list organized on my own, but I wont be shy about being reminded or asking for help. Thanks in advanced!

Small Journal and Open for Commissions

Happy November from the Big Orca. I hope all of you are doing alright. It’s been awhile since I last posted a journal on here so I thought I might dust off the cobwebs after Halloween. I hope all of you had a good October. Now that we're in the final stretch of this year I look back on 2016 and wonder how it is things got to where they are. I know that we all can think of things this year could have done without. I won't get into specifics but I’m glad I had the friends and fans to help make things less crazy.
I wanted to send a big thank you to all my commissioners who have given me the opportunity to draw for them. The entire thing has been a learning experience for me. Yes their have been up’s and down’s, but nothing worth doing comes easy. This was definitely one of those things where you catch yourself saying “I wish I knew then what I know now”. I’ve had more than a couple of instances where I had to smack myself on the forehead for what I did. I’ve been accepting commissions now for over a year, I’m glad I decided to do this as my full time job. It may not pay as much, but at the end of the day I love myself more for doing it. Thank you, all of you, for standing with me.

First up, I know there are some of you out there who don’t want to register for my Webstore in order to buy a commission from me. I also have to admit that I realize that registering for a site just to buy art can be off putting, so I’ve created a JotForm in order to make things simple for all of you. I’d still like you guys to register for the site because it’ll be easier on me and later on their will be exclusive content available to those that register, including discount sales and products.

Just fill it out, submit, and there you go.
The following section is an update to my commission policy, there will be several sections that will be changed and updated and this will apply to my current and future commissions.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued unless I refuse to do your commission or I become entirely unable to finish your commission due to health or personal reasons. In either case, those reasons would need to be extreme in order for any type of refund to happen.
COMMISSION UPDATES
Over the last several months, I have found myself slacking on making sure to get commission updates out to my clients quickly enough. As such I will put time tables out as to the allowed length of time I will give myself between updates.
Initial Rough: 2-7 days after commission has been approved
Updates: I will try to get updates to you at least once a week, two weeks at the longest if my commission list is very full.
Finished Commission: Depending on how quickly you reply with changes and how full my commission list is, commissions will likely take several weeks to a month to finish.
CANCELING A COMMISSION
I’ve already had this happen to me several times so it bears having this section added to my commission policy. If you do not reply to a commission update from my emails within a month from when it was sent, your commission will be canceled. What that means is that I will remove it from my active commission list. Should you yourself be the one to cancel the commission for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Thats pretty much it for the update, if you guys have any questions or comments, please leave one bellow. It doesn't have to be about the journal topic. Id be happy to answer any questions you might have. You can note me here or even send an email to tkorca.commissions(9)gmail.com

I just wanted to post an update for February regarding commissions and other other important details I feel is worth sharing.
For those of you who bought commissions from December to January please double check your email. I've sent updates and finished Mini-Sketch commissions out to everyone who was on my list. If you still haven't received your finished piece or any update from me, please contact me as soon as possible(tkorca.commissions (9) gmail.com). For those of you who have WIP pieces I want to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your patience. January got off to a very rocky start but I should be caught up with all my work so far.
I also want to encourage everyone who is interested in purchasing commissions from me to please sign up for my web store (www.furry-muscle.org/store). Its fast and easy, no sign-up fees or spam included. You'll also be eligible to receive discounts exclusive to members as well as notices of special sales and announcements. Also when I open up an official webpage with content exclusive from me, your accounts will be brought over so you wont need to sign up again. So please, if you want to help support my work and receive special deals towards commissions than sign up for my web store over at www.furry-muscle.org/store thank you. I will also be phasing out the google form by the middle of the year so I highly recommend you sign up.

Here's a general update for all of you who got commissions from me during the month of December.
I firstly want to say thank you for being so patient. I had no idea of the troubles and distractions I would face during the Holidays. If anything I would have been content working on commissions and skipping them entirely. But as always life finds a way to make things harder. I'm getting around to completing all the Mini-Sketch Commissions I still have a few more to go but I'll be done in the next day or so. Please be sure to check your emails for updates.
For my customers who are receiving full commissions I would like to express my deepest gratitude at your generosity towards me given the amount of time I am taking to complete your images. I can't express how grateful I am to all of you. I will be doing my best to try and complete all of them over the course of the next week.

For all my January commissioners, I will be starting on those of you who have submitted forms so you will be receiving updates during this week as well. I have already started sending out invoices. Also, an important notice to all of you, I will be closing Mini-Sketch commissions at the moment of this journals posting. As fun as they have been I have been encountering problems where I have had far too many to complete and it only eats into the time I have for either personal work or my larger commission work. I'm grateful for the support I have received with them and will probably open them up again as an emergency measure for needed funds.

I hope all of you had a a good New years and that things got off to a good start.
As for me I have been really busy reorganizing how I've been handling commissions trying to make things more efficient and work on my customer service more.
For those of you who purchased commissions in December, also including Mini-Sketch commissions, I am still working on those, you should be getting them in your emails starting this week.
As for the Mini-sketch Commission form, I am closing that one as of today and opening a new form that includes options to purchase all other commission types as well.

I also have a new email that should work better seeing as I've been receiving notes from people saying that they either never got their commissions or had it sent directly to their spam folder only to have it auto deleted after. So from now on, I will be contacting any new commissioners through the email listed on the form that I linked above. (Id link it here but the second I do i'll get bots sending me spam. Good job FA.)

TK here, wishing you all a happy holidays and a merry Christmas from out here in the south pacific islands. I wanted to thank everyone who has supported me so far in my conquest of commissions. I’ve also had my first ever YCH and thanks to
it was a massive success. I was really surprised by all the offers and I really can’t express how grateful I am for the bids on it. I’ll be doing more of those so be sure to keep an eye out. I’ll be planning a few other projects on the side that will help keep things interesting in my gallery. I’ll also be posting all the commission work I’ve done so far. I really should keep my gallery more up to date on what I’ve been doing.
I’ve had a few people ask me this and I just wanted to make things absolutely clear. Unless I post up an image or a journal stating otherwise, I will always be open for commissions. Right now I am trying to test myself to see how much work I can do during a month before It starts to feel like I’ve taken on too much. So far I’ve been good and have been managing well enough. So really, don’t be shy in asking me about my commissions. I now have two methods of accepting them you can either go to my website www.furry-muscle.org/store and sign up for the store or email me at tkorcaD0TcommissionsATgmailD0Tcom where you can personally talk to me and have me send you an invoice direct to email your if you do not wish to sign up for the service at my website. I’ve definitely learned more about my limits and what I need to do in order to improve my methods and approach to this whole thing. I think I can really do this for the rest of my life. I want to keep improving and providing you all with better art and better quality of service. So any words of advice or encouragement would all be welcome.
