Happy New Year 2025 + Commission Updates!!

I'm sorry if i'm not as social here. Turns out, i'm just either a lurker, art-reskeeteer, or someone that either draws or gaming (Neopets/D4DJ)... It didn't help that last couple of months are rather hectic. Now in 2025, it will be slow for "some" retail places, and I need his time to do some new 2025 updates!
I will admit: Art commissions are much smaller and difficult for 2024. Big factor is that I don't do NSFW anymore for clients/regulars, to set my comfort boundaries. If I do R18 works, its strictly for me to comfort and vent in a artistic way! Also FA won't accept R18 works of my style, and I don't want to argue with that.
The other maybe factor is that furry art is competitive (i'm to seiso and baby), and sadly the current economy here sucks. So.. I'm trying to do something a bit experimental...
I updated my Carrd and added a option for "Skeb-style", or the "no preview" method. I do enjoy the thrill of Skeb so far, and those who saw my works can get of what an idea would be like for your OCs! I deal with monochromes (of pastels, warms/natures, and graytone) too so there's no "color correcting". How I do art now is very niche and may not want to risk a high cost... So I hope with the "Skeb-like" option helps!

I did some minor changes too, and as a thank-you for commissioning me, I STILL offer free stickers for first-timers! Returning folks will now also get a free random trading card, mostly D4DJ! I've been collecting these (for copium sakes lol) and been getting dupes of commons... So if anyone wants a specific card, poke me!
Not addressed, but starting 2025 and if i'm lucky w/ my schedules, I will be at every GPFM (if you're a SoCal Furry), and this is where I will offer FREE REQUESTS to anyone who goes there! Its first-come-first-serve! Its a way to draw different furries, and all can see my art progress! (I'm also pretty bad at socializing, so I hope art topics do spark something!)
Anyway, I yap enough! I hope 2025 is gonna be.. Alright! We gotta survive this!!

Though activity will be very spotty as I am "busy", but also brain distracted with my games (mostly D4DJ and Neopets lol).

D4DJ Hype(?) and SB69 Going-Forward?
Posted 2 years agoOkay so this is more of a brain dump, but since its FURRY ART related I create as content.. I am sharing this here (and IB). Long story short: I will and still make SB69 fanart, but its no surprise that I'm 50/50 on potential burn out and it is not the first. However, I kinda-ranted on TwtX not to long ago that the franchise so far in 2023 has been "mid". The only thing that is still kind-of going is the Fanbox content (paywall), the concert (paywall but there is sauces...), and Comiket 102 (already ended, herd it also requires a ticket/pass to get in). In terms of content made accessible for those who mostly care about the anime and game side: That is long ended. Manga is unsure, but there is an open window opportunity for the Season 2, Mashumairesh and Stars adaptation...
But otherwise: Yea. The hype is kinda dimmed down to "accessible niche" territory. All I can do as a fan is create fanart (sorry I missed out on the Fanart submissions for SB69 C102...) and come up with dumb headcanon ideas with close friends. Oh and i'm still missing some merch, so those i'm very slowly collecting...
So if maybe noticing a future shift of my art juggling between SB69 and D4DJ, thank the above thought piece! Also, the D4DJ franchise is much alive despite being kinda-niche, but not as introverted as SB69. There's live concerts/DJ events, any form of short anime, digital 4koma, and most importantly: THE GAME!! The game is BOTH in JP (and other countries that have access to it) and EN/Global! Been glued pretty hard, and may accidentally enjoy the shenanigans of Abyssmare (especially Weronika, muh waifu).
As a reference journal, here's (most) of the Myumon/furry species I self-assign to the girls, and some may change depend on my comfort! ^^;
