Currently trying to work on my sleep patterns. I need to not sleep half the day and be up half the night. It ain't good for me to sleep that way. Currently I get tired at a normal time, but then I wake up around midnight or 1:00 am, and then I feel awake. I'm working on it though. I keep wondering, who will I find? I've been working out recently. I've been bench pressing 32 pounds, but I need to wait to do that more, because I way over did it and had agonizing pain in my wrist that radiated down my entire arm.
