Looking forward to that vacation coming up. Not as financially prepared for it, but I definitely need it emotionally. Also got word of the memorial service for my friend so that shortened my availability by a couple of slots. My queue is now as far as the 2nd week of January. I’m going to use the time to rethink certain strategies. How I’m going to handle Patreon content and how I use my free time.

I missed out on a lot of these when they were a thing. I did the one Jack-O pose but I'd like to do more and some in the past that came and went. Like the Standing Split, Or the Hands-free Bubble Tea pose meme. So as long as it involves meme pose that's been going around. It will be used for your image at a discounted rate but you gotta send me the image of the meme you are referencing first.
Concept Sketch
Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Why are the last couple days of any given week being the worst lately. Lack of communication, Technical difficulties, and causing me stress, but then I find out today a childhood friend died suddenly yesterday, I am just not in a good place and I’m trying to maintain. The month is pretty much full queue wise so unfortunately no last minute Christmas stuff is going to happen. I am taking off the week of Christmas and my Birthday as I previously mentioned so that leaves just the few days before the year end. I am sad to say that that there is no room for Christmas gift comms and the like going forward.

Last few days didn’t end up that well. Late payments and a few people not contacting me back. Not a good sign, but hopefully it will change when we get through the coming weeks. Reminder I am taking the week of Christmas and my Birthday off. Some vacation time after working non-stop most of this year including during the tax season crunch. I hopefully will create a buffer for it.

Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Obligations for the holiday are coming up. That means some time off to help and celebrate. The 3rd week of this month will be shortened by six slots. And that week is already filled since I am adding the comic slots to each new queue as the previous one gets filled. At least the ones that haven’t discussed skipping a session every once In a while. So I’m currently open for the 4th week of the month. I am getting into a better financial situation, Helped by my new routines with food prep, I’m cutting my own meats so I can budget my protein out. Turning a 150 dollar slab of beef into a few hundred in long run savings. Learning recipes and making them when I can as well as learning some healthier snack to keep the hunger pangs away.

Obligations for the holiday are coming up. That means some time off to help and celebrate. The 3rd week of this month will be shortened by six slots. And that week is already filled since I am adding the comic slots to each new queue as the previous one gets filled. At least the ones that haven’t discussed skipping a session every once In a while. So I’m currently open for the 4th week of the month. I am getting into a better financial situation, Helped by my new routines with food prep, I’m cutting my own meats so I can budget my protein out. Turning a 150 dollar slab of beef into a few hundred in long run savings. Learning recipes and making them when I can as well as learning some healthier snack to keep the hunger pangs away.

Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Double checked my calendar and got a sense of relief to know at least I got five days left in the month to squeeze in some of these last minute Halloween commissions that are surging in. I hope the YCH slots are a bit easier to complete so I can try to make some more room in my schedule. Speaking of. I needed to make some time to go to a lamb dinner event in the nearby township with my mother. So I’m shifting at least one person into the last few hours of my day off on Monday. But still, looking at my calendar, I’m only gonna have three days to squeeze in Halloween comms. And I’m unsure if I can take on others as I have to also consider those that are weekend only commissioners and such. Just be aware, at this point. You may not be getting a Halloween comm before the holiday if you ask any later than this.

Well, tis the season I guess. Lots of people coming in even some I haven’t heard from in a while. It’s quite the challenge but I hope to keep up and try to get ahead. But since the year is starting to come onto a close fairly quickly, I gotta plan for my end of the year break. Might do a cruch or two during the coming month to try and get my queue into a manageable size.

I missed out on a lot of these when they were a thing. I did the one Jack-O pose but I'd like to do more and some in the past that came and went. Like the Standing Split, Or the Hands-free Bubble Tea pose meme. So as long as it involves meme pose that's been going around. It will be used for your image at a discounted rate but you gotta send me the image of the meme you are referencing first.
Concept Sketch
Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.
Spooky Halloween
Not just costumes or your typical year round monster-sona. But it has to be spooky, and halloweeny. Pumpkins, Ghosts, Decorations, trick or treating. Classic horror, and Monsters in the season.

Looks like this is gonna be a trend until I can finish a couple of the new comics. I might need to prioritize them aa bit when it comes to the queue except for the ones that have opted out of doing it weekly or just need to skup a week or so. Cause this month filled pretty quickly within the first few days of the month. So we might wait and see what happens if the surge in requests continues.

Crunch week was as advertised, a crunch. Sadly a few comics could get fit into the upcoming schedule. A far more positive outcome than what I was expecting but I’m not out of the woods yet. While I’m getting my Day off back, a few more requests than average came in today so there is still might not allow me to fit all the comics in again for their weekly progress. A balance should even out once some of these comics start finishing off. The pause on new comics will still continue.

Doing a crunch week. Working on one of my days off to keep up with making sure these comics get their weekly progress while I’m getting a surge of requests than what I have been getting. Like the Standing Split, Or the Hands-free Bubble Tea pose meme. So as long as it involves meme pose that's been going around. Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Slow but steady pace in fixing some personal habits. But I’ve made progress. Things are building up nice and properly. And just like that I might be close to reaching max capacity on the comics I can accommodate for. Hopefully I can run through some of these quicker as they will be shorter compared to what I was given last time. I might shelve your newer comic requests for later. And if you think you might be interested in a comic or a single page comic, you best be prepared to have a single image version of your idea ready as well, as that might be as much as I might be able to accommodate without causing a clog up of my queue that will interfere with the weekly progress I need to finish these ones in a timely manner.
But with new policies in place. My stress level has decreased, and I am starting off on a better footi in come wise as first weeks go.

And here we are. The month where some changes will occur is here. I am now raising my rates by a dollar for my regular hourly rate. Bringing discounted sessions to 30 bucks, and full priced sessions with 45 bucks. With additional necessary hours being 20 bucks per hour after that. Also I will be limiting the amount of discounted hours I give as an investment bonuses to every 50 bucks invested. And I’ll be taking two days off a week now to have some extra time to decrompress and spread out my personal responsibilities as well as my Patreon responsibilities to more sections of free time. Especially since things have slowed down in requests that I’m not filling up my fully available schedules. Any free time I end up with will be dedicated to patreon content besides the one slot a week that the patreon is funding. But if there is a surge in requests I’ll open up on occasion if I feel it is necessary. And If I am in a desperate situation financially, temporarily suspend discounts and free hour usage. These changes should help me improve on my general disposition and remove the stress I have been overwhelmed with for the last chunk of months. And the unfortunate affects it had on my health.

This week has kind of proven true that I’m not quite gonna be filling up to 21 slots. So I’m going to take those two days off a week with the price increase starting next month. Not by a lot. Just a dollar to round things out at 20 bucks an hour with the discounts still applying as they normally do. Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

I got a doctor’s appointment coming up. And it’s put a lot on my mind. It’s a check up but I’ve fallen behind on my personal health goals due to the hectic constant schedule I’ve been on. It’s broken me. But I feel like now is the safest time to go back to having two days off so I can have more breathing room and not use one day to do personal stuff and patreon content. This should give me time to spend longer at the gym that has grown shorter if I do go. I also need the time to get back into meal prepping and not end up delaying or interrupting sessions when I try to cook. This should help me save money as I’ve ended up relying too much on ordering food which is more expensive than ever. But to stay on top of saving up for my quarterlies, I’m going to raise my rates to compensate for the one day a week less I’ll be working, and to help that further I’ll be reducing the number of theme discounts I offer to the most popular ones or the ones I prefer and keep the rest in a rotation. And try to reduce the number of Discounted hours I give out just so I am more likely to get more full priced sessions in general. This will all kick in next month. But I think I need this. I’ll maybe do six days if I am in a crunch period or there is an emergency.

This week has not been a good week both emotionally and financially. My dog also was hit by car, his injuries were extensive enough that he was not likely to survive and had to be put down. I raised him since he was born, he was so small he fit in my hand, and he grew up to be such a patient and protective dog, I’m going to miss him.
I’m going to rethink my policy on YCHs for commissioners. With as many as I’ve been tasked to do. Only one out of few of them actually do surprisingly well. Everything else sounds like fun ideas, but they don’t appear to be that many people’s cup of tea. Especially with those that have a lot of slots, that don’t really get filled even with a couple rounds of auctioning. And the Starting bids need to be substantially higher to compensate for the estimated work that was needed to be done. My usual policy of giving half of the winning bid to the original commissioner works out well if we are getting high bidding, but it becomes a set back if it’s all just starting bids, and a low bid too, then it’s not really worth the amount of work I’m being asked to take on additionally.

Patreon took a big dip, however I followed their discord group something happened that involved an error in one type of payment procressor which caused mass deletion of patrons from the patreons they follow. So I am gonna chalk it up to that as opposed to the handful of drop offs that occur due to financial limitations. But still. Making progress. I’ve been doing on hour of work on my LARR comic, and 2 hours on the Spike comic and it’s been working out so far. Both projects are rounding out well and should be finished next week. Fanart Fridays have been built up, I have 2 months worth of content that is yet to be released. I might take a couple breaks from the polls to work on some long running fanart projects I’ve been developing. Also Gear Five premiers this weekend. Gonna play that on repeat all day. Gonna be fun! Also I have really fallen off my diet. I am just not prepared for the stress of controlling my appetite with the stress of trying to stay ahead of financial stuff.

Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Ups and downs. But things feel like they are in an upswing for now. I look forward to what comes next. One weekend to go before the raffle. Concept Sketch
Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Stressful moments come and go. Dealing with things as they come. Problem solved connection problems with a bad router. The one I got on my birthday can’t hold a connection after like 8-12 hours. I think it is overheating even when I keep it tilted to maximize air flow. I might need a new one so I’ll take reccomedations. But for now I got a switcher acting as a splitter so my comp is directly wired to the main moden/router of the house. And my router to cover my room provides wifi to all my devices that the main wifi can’t reach to maintain a stable connection.

Things got scary there for the beginning of the month. Patreon had issues with doing its payouts, it could have been the holiday making things more complicated. But I was worried that the biggest payout I’ve received so far was gonna be botched because of some kind of technical error. But I’m feeling good. Now. No anxieties here. Making Better progress on my personal projects. And I’m seeing another surge in commission requests. Today alone I got 7 in a short span of time. So there is some leftovers going into the week after. Also resuming BMHQP with Raj on the continuation he’s been planning. Considering looking over the comic submissions that have been pitched. But I also gotta watch what goes on with the queue surge to see if it might slow things down if this is going to be a trend that starts slowing down the six I still have in rotation from their weekly progress.

Concept Sketch
Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.
