Sleep schedule seems to be…fixed. Been waking up at the time I need to and if it is late it’s by 30 minutes withich doesn’t screw up too much of my schedule. Plenty of open slots this week and I am going to be hanging with my mother on Monday as previously arranged even though she has come down with bronchitis.

This week was a struggle, Capping off the end of the month with low bit of earnings. When I think I fixed my sleep schedule, something or another or my pills keeps me awake longer or asleep longer even when I go to bed on time. I even tried to do a reset to fix it an I couldn’t stay asleep for when I needed to wake up. And I couldn’t stay up to go to bed at the proper bedtime. Well I gotta fix it one way or another. Also despite increasing my productivity on Patreon a bit, I lost a chunk of patrons. Not sure what brought them in and what didn’t keep them. Delivered a lot of Fanart Friday stuff this week. Concept Sketch
Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

What can be fixed, can be broken. All it takes is one morning for my alarm to not go off. But I also had to succumb to some mid day naps. I can never escape the fact that if my sleep adds up to 8 hours, I am wide awake. I just can’t get my body and other things to let me sleep early enough or stay asleep. This is an ongoing battle. Also Noticed that the requests have been slowing down. If it does keep up I’ll for a brief period add an extra theme per month. And if things continue to decline. Officially going back to doing the raffle now that free time is opening up to start keeping better track of it. But we will see.

Had to take an emergency day to just try and reset my sleep schedule again. I was struggling with not falling asleep on time and waking up late which still had a drowsiness with me the rest of the day I couldn’t shake. I Slept for 15 hours, but eneded up waking up much earlier. So I made do with my promise and finished off all the unfinished projects I started that week due to my chaotic sleep schedule. And almost lasted a full night. But didn’t survive the final session of the day. I woke up at 2am instead of 1am this morning so I’m at least starting a new consistent trend. Just gotta be careful. I also caught my phone not turning on one of my alarms at all while left on the charger beside my bed. The first alarm went off no problem. But the second (just in case alarm) Nothing. So Now I know the bigger culprit in this mess. Even if I wanted to sleep that extra 30 minutes before I needed to get up and turn on my computer because I was having a rough night, Now I gotta try and fix this phone alarm.

Fell into the same traps with my sleep schedule. But Trying to keep to it the best I can. Finished last month pretty strong, Feeling Like I am hitting a vibe I can gel with with my new brush and shading style I’ve been working on. Also Starting to get into uploading. Just building a set of Chore hours I cand do between commissions. And this includes watermarking another chunk of backlogged work. And then setting up as many of these in my postybirb as I can to have them ready to upload. And it seems like my Noon uploads are doing better than what I was doing at 3pm. Patreon is also still acting screwy with me. Sometimes I can upload stuff there, sometimes I can’t. One pattern that is starting to form is possibly the late hour I tried to upload these things when I end up staying late to finish a comic or sets of fanarts. So I’m gonna see if I can upload more readily in the day. Speaking of.

Because sometimes it is a struggle to design your new OC and placing them in a complex scene that may not show all the details you were hoping to present as your debut of your new character. I will offer one hour of work to help you do a generic standing concept sketch of your new OC before working on the main project. Nothing special will be added. They will not be in an elaborate pose, or a completely different scene. It’s just to hammer out the anatomy and colors so we can then have an idea of how they look before we do the main project.

Making Progress. But now I’m noticing things are slowing down. Quite possibly slowing down in the amount of requests. Might be coinciding with my lack of uploads of regular commission work. My newest and last investment for this year, A new recliner for my studio desk to replace the one I got a couple years ago that managed to break under my fat ass. It was cheap at the time and you get what you pay for. So I got a high end one which is comfy as well and makes me feel like I have comfort, room, level with my desk so I am not reaching or forcing my equipment. And the extra storage I needed for things that were cluttering my desk but needed a place. Also this allowed me to do quite a bit of clearning that was needed to be done, among other things like fixing some of my cables and getting my PC cleaned of dust. Just wish all my efforts of cleaning things up for my new desk recliner wasn’t undone by my cat bringing what he thought was a dead bird he killed, and then I had to spend a hot minute trying to catch it while it banged around getting feathers and shit everywhere I had just cleaned.

While it is strange that I’m taking almost the whole weekend to do personal projects. For one I kinda need it. Two, my father’s schedule is unpredictable so I can’t really block time out for him to get home and help me wrangle the dogs for their much needed bath. It’s been a while and they have gotten into something that’s making them itch like crazy and normal flea meds don’t cut it. So it’s gonna be a team effort to get these dummies leashed and in the kiddie pool to be scrubbed. So to be safe, the extra time I have will be for personal projects so I’m not putting anybody off if I can’t make it.

Feeling like I’m Getting back into a rhythm and this past Fanart Friday helped me demonstrate what I’ve learned so far over the month of me practicing and sketching stuff out for my patreon. Also I got a clean bill of health from my doctor about my weight loss journey, reaching normal levels Just gotta keep to it. Also changed my real life schedule around. It’s easier to wake up when morning is the time to feed the dogs and they wanna torpedo onto your bed to wake you up.

Doing things a bit differently this week. I am condensing all the unfinished projects into a single day. Maybe going forward I’ll block out an unfinished down where I try to finish everything of the previous week. And whatever time I make will be dedicated to patreon content. This will include the YCH’s I have set up from Icyfoxy’s recent project. But this will be for weeks where I have too many of these unfinished or shorter work sessions. I hope with enough usage of these dedicated days I can do more of the kind like polish days where I will take on commissions that want an additional hour of polish to previous commissions. Especially old ones. Or Patreon only days. Where I work on Patreon content in a solid day block instead of spreadin it across the month, especially since I am pretty close to having 8 three hour sessions a month for patreon content which would be two days of work on their own.

If only I could figure out why my postybirb is fucking up when it comes to uploading to Patreon and Twitter. Sometimes Twitter is good, every other time it sucks. And Patreon it says it successfully uploads but the image is not included on the posts despite being visible in the notifications. Once this postybirb stuff is fixed, hopefully soon. I can get to publishing more than patreon content and the comic commissions. Also as a reminder, I will be taking a 3 day weekend for both easter, and the day prior since easter also falls on 4/20 along with my usual day off.

Holy shit I’m on a roll with the progress I made on the quality of my art. I even started a patreon sketchbook for what I’ll be working on on my Fridays. But also two major holidays are happening on the same day this month. 4/20 is on Easter, But since I need to be sober as much as possible to do the heavy lifting and most of cleaning for Easter dinner. So I'll be taking the Saturday off 4/19 to observe the greener holiday where I'll be watching trippy fun movies while on edibles and doing art. So for the first time in a long while I'll be taking a 3 day weekend. And also maybe in May or June I'll try to take a week off to recharge and focus on myself for a bit.

Big Project is done, and Queue got even bigger. But thanks to the new techniques I’ve been practicing on I should be able to deliver on the upcoming projects faster. Landed a big project, Working with a group of folks to design something for them. And the amount paid accounts for two days worth of work. And that took a chunk of my week off the table. I have achieved a new level of quality to my work thanks to using my fanart Friday to do a bunch of experiments and testing of things I learned in tutorials. Speaking of Fanarts, I went overboard in a hilarious series of trying to preemptively over deliver when I assumed a winner. But I didn’t expect my patreon poll to tie two themes, but three themes. So each time I checked I had to do another batch of sketches on top of sketches. I had 12 Fanarts I built up when trying to be a better time manager…

I hit my goal on patreon to do a fifth patreon comic slot of month! And I’m about to release some comic pages tomorrow. This past week was a struggle as I lost complete control of my sleep schedule. Resulting in much of my scheduled slots to be missed or I didn’t have the time or energy to finish other projects. So after saying fuck it. I just postponed everybody I had scheduled while I forced a reset by sleeping until 7am Thursday. Then using the full day to finish every unfinished project I started during the past week. And made enough room to go to my mother’s super bowl party, and fit in everybody that was expecting to be scheduled for this week along with rescheduling others. And with today I had managed to wake up at a reasonable hour. Then I worked on some Fanarts that I’m kinda proud of now that I had the time and the focus to work on them. A strong month to start a strong year. Sleep schedule was a bit off on days due to one night forgetting to take my meds on time. But I should be getting that fixed up now. It begins! And I am now 10 pounds lighter and making decent progress on my income this week! Everything is looking up! And after a week of eating chicken, I got some red meat to eat on occasion and some fruits to eat with it all. But I do feel like I might’ve caught a bit of a stomach flu though either from somebody I passed by at the gym or the store.

Raffle info!I will put you in the raffle if you commission me or refer paying customers to me and they have to say you referred them, or you collaboratively let them use one of your characters to make it valid. This can’t be done multiple times with the same person.

The Pool of free hours will to give out will increase based on how high I have reached towards my goal.
