Good Good! Queue is starting to stabilize and I’m on track to hit my monthly average. Some people are starting to fall into an alternating schedule which is the first goal. So I might be able to make far more consistent progress on my current long running projects. I have a Doctor’s appointment coming up to see if my new diet will help my heart. Just got to check to see if they want me to schedule a preemptive blood test before the appointment or if they will do the blood test at the appointment. This might bump a person out of their slot if it is the first option and I need to schedule a blood test appointment.

Alright, my demand keeps on ballooning out. So, I opted to discontinue the milestones as that was starting to backfire with how long it was taking redeeming most of them. If demand goes down I’ll implement it again, there just seemed to be a point where it was manageable and stable for awhile, it just couldn’t support so many people. So for now, it’s just the investment bonuses if we do a total amount of commissions of 50 or more a month. And the General raffle for those that got a commission or referred a paying customer. Also dealt with the fact one of my oldest regular clients passed away. Still working through it. Considering a memorial project. Just not sure how to go about it.

So Looks like I'm barely just breaking even on my Bills. So yeah I feel like I'm giving away too many free hours. I am going to remove the stretch Goals for now. A new hurdle has arisen. With the way I used to award my free hours and such there was an expected lull in potential earnings at least for the first week of any given month as people typically redeemed their free stuff early on. And it would be back to full prices for commissions for the rest of the month once that initial rotation was completed. Problem is now, with my larger number of clientel needing to be queued up, those rotations have been extended by a bit, and this month it was 3 weeks of everybody getting that first session of the month and redeeming what they rightfully earned out of the way. This however has extended that lull period for a majority of the month so there is a chance that I'll be short of breaking even for the month, or even the milestone that I typically award those free hours at just won't be reached this month. Seeing the potential for how bad this could get I'm considering reducing the amount I give away to just my general raffle and extending it to 15 or 20 free hours to give away if i reach those milestones for now until things slow down and I'm back to weekly rotations rather than biweekly

Well, the new computer has a dud graphics card. Sending that part back and hooking up my old rig's graphics cards into it to do a test of the motherboard hookups to make absolutely sure it's just the graphics card that needs replacing and not the mother board. Everything else seems to work fine and dandy for what I built it to. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be one step closer to having a better rig to work with. But so far it's been a bit of a chore for my patience with the delivery guy skipping two of the delivery days just to get me the rig. So I had to switch my schedule around to accomodate being physically outside my front door waiting for the package to be delivered and not give them an excuse to lie about "Making attempts to deliver" and just rolling stop on the street in front of my house without bothering to ring the doorbell.

Starting to get into practice on normal body types. New computer comes in tomorrow so hopefully I can get it Set up and ready to draw dicks and boobs at 2020 processing speeds! Another good month. I'm waiting to see what kinda effect my choice to do less TF, Growth, Hyper, and Inflation art will have before I consider raising my rates. I do apologize if this inconveniences those with their hearts set on having commissions done with those themes. I have too many ongoing projects of those themes I'd like to finish those first before I pick up anything new of those fetishes. They are fine on occasion and every time I do a project it invites people to ask for more of the same. They are not things I personally have interest in or any kind of mindset for their appeal. And they are not the subjects I wish to improve upon as an artist, I'd prefer getting to a place where I will only do those on occasion and improve other aspects that don't get as much focus. I'll be doing my raffle stuff tomorrow after I run some of my errands.

Waiting on the new computer to arrive. Felt really good to have that 3 day weekend. It's been years since I had just a few days to myself that didn't involve driving all over the place to make use of every minute of my time off to see every single person I could. Just me and a few things I've not had the time to enjoy. Like reading. Feeling good, eager to have my new rig arrive and I can start getting that set up and running.

I'm also trying to shift the content I'm commissioned to do. Less TF stuff specifically. It's never really been a thing that interested me personally, it just seems to be the most common subject I'm asked to do and is most likely the reason why my schedule has been so crammed lately with long wait times. I am thankful that everybody is a fan of the work that has been done, but I don't really have the mindset or drive for it, that is all to the specific attention to detail that my commissioners ask of me to add or edit during our sessions and I rely 100% on their input for the appeal you enjoy, the jokes and some of the dialogue, that's my contribution to the concepts. They usually end up being very time consuming with the amount of work involved to make a sequence or comic and it was fine when I had like a handful of people requesting that stuff, but with so many asking for these longer and elaborate projects I just don't think I could keep up taking on more of that type of subject. I am just one person after all. And a lot of new people have approached me saying they want 5-10 pages per TF project idea and it's just not going to be done fast enough as well as it will just be slow progress on everything else I promised to do for the people I am already having trouble making consistent progress with. Some of which that do have an ending have taken several months or close to a year to finish and it will only get longer if I'm asked to do more than what I have already taken on in that specific area. I would appreciate doing what I've already committed to and will be more open to it later down the road when my work load has lessened in that regard.

I'm also considering moving away from the hyper, inflation or growth stuff as well since I'm also not personally interested in it as much too and I don't have the mindset or eye for the appeal of it, but mostly because personally don't have the best grasp of anatomy and perspective and definitely need more practice in it before I try to break it to do the disjointed proportions and body structures that appeals to Individual commissioner's tastes. And doing stuff that deforms the anatomy to the degree of these unrealistic proportions is reinforcing these bad habits in my style of drawing anatomy and proportions that I can't seem to shake when I do normal sized character commissions or my own personal projects, like drawing balloon thighs, and tiny shins. and the god damn hands. If I want to improve the quality of my work I would like to go back to basics.

Due to having a people that can only do thursdays this week I'm moving my 2nd day off for the week up agaisnt the first giving me the first 3-day weekend in years. It feels good not having to stress over making use of every minute of a single day and turning what would be a day off into work in itself to juggle chores, errands, and having mandatory hour of fun.

I'll do a comission whose inspired themes are based around a pop song that would've premiered on MTV. Big Bonus points for songs that charted in the top 100 even as recently as current. But essetially the comission has to contain concepts or ideas contained in the song which can be directly referencing lyrics, styles associated with the genre (cowboy hats for country songs) and a reference or two to the muscian or band.

So far a couple have slowed down. But I feel good about being able to decompress with these days off and finally getting to experience a weekend that isn't part of a week break as I had before is a good feeling. I'm also looking into upgrading my equipment. I'm running on 2012 tech. And debating investing in a similar rig that is a huge monster that should be futureproofed for the next 10 years. or dial it back and just a modest upgrade for now that could be improved down the line as i am able to invest further year to year.

I took a poll in my discord with my clientel both new and old. And they all agree that I need to add an extra day off so I can have more of a "Weekend" for myself and have more opportunities to do things humans do like shop for groceries, cook meals and helping family on top of doing personal work and relaxing, instead of cramming it all into one week and making my days off just more work. I am also raising my rates for additional hours of work on a monthly basis until I reach a point where there is less demand and more balance between being available as much as possible for both new and regular clientel.

So from now on it will be $16 for each hour that isn't discounted in my other various policies. Taking baby steps as I find out what I'm actually worth and if I really am better than I think of myself or I'm just really cheap.

Things are starting to even out a little. As I finish these projects Some of my spill over is being eliminated. And I'm starting to get in a flow of having people alternate each session. So at least i can give people at least 2 sessions a month.

I'll do a comission whose inspired themes are based around a pop song that would've premiered on MTV. Big Bonus points for songs that charted in the top 100 even as recently as current. But essetially the comission has to contain concepts or ideas contained in the song which can be directly referencing lyrics, styles associated with the genre (cowboy hats for country songs) and a reference or two to the muscian or band.

It's starting to level off, But the new requests keep coming and more people are asking for their own comics and animations. Things are still packed tight as my Queue has reached a weeks worth again. So at this point I'm unavailable for 2 weeks till I can burn through as many of these people as possible to make room. And have enough space to be as available as I have been in the past for new people and regulars who have multiple commissions or longer projects which have grown to be too many.

So far, Not a lot of people dropped off. Only those on my queue that were TBD for a while. My next Queue is also about a week long as well. So I maybe unavailable for the next couple weeks as I try to process through these projects to whittle them down and open up my schedule a little. I'm guessing that taking away the comic theme discount was not going to deter people to make their comics. At least there as a handful of the ones done this week that were were simple enough one pages that were simple enough to finish in a 3 hour session. Hopefully the next batch will be as easy as those so I can finish off some more.

Alright. I've been thinking it over. because of the influx of requests being made and how that has effectively doubled the amount of people that make requests for stuff on a weekly basis or have projects that require multiple sessions to make progress. in order to try and slow down the amount of weekly requests or atleast reduce the likliehood of having spill over projects I'm going to change a couple policies.

First I'm taking comics off the theme discounts for now. It was originally there like the rest to help give me practice in stuff I'm interested in improving in and I feel I have gotten there with how that has been a popular project everyone is commissioning. This lead to a lot of new clientele wanting the same as previous projects and underestimating the amount of work that goes in a single page which creates spill over.

I will be instead lump Comics in with Animations and Reference sheets under a new discount policy. Since those are almost guaranteed to be 2 or more sessions for the amount of work they require, the first hour discount will repeat each session instead of it being the first two hours. Making each session an automatic 35 bucks. If your project falls under any other themes I have listed for the month like you want a Fan comic or Retrowave animation, ect. Then the theme discount will apply per session.

Second, I'm going to discontinue the Referral scoreboard. I feel that this late in the game it is unnecessary to keep hunting for more clientele. And it's quite possible a lot of the new people coming in are the result of a handful of people actually doing the leg work which I'm thankful for. But it has backfired if that is the case and has given me more new people than I can deal with. Instead I will just add named referrals to the list for the general raffle which will net people an complimentary discount or free hour like I have been doing by reaching 1500 or 2000 in the past several months.

Nearly half of my scheduled clientele from the previous week have all given me projects I couldn't finish in a single session. I was hoping for at least most of them to be simpler one and done sessions. It's slowing things down for me and I am having difficulty keeping up so that I can maintain a steady amount of progress for each client's bigger projects. And the Queue for the following week has grown just as long as the previous week so it will most likely be more of the same. This is becoming a problem I only hope that everyone will have patience with me as I try to work through my work load before it snowballs out of control.

Whelp saw the doctor, Wasn't as bad as I assumed. and with the medication I'm on, It's starting to go back to normal. I'll do a comission whose inspired themes are based around a pop song that would've premiered on MTV. Big Bonus points for songs that charted in the top 100 even as recently as currently. But essetially the comission has to contain concepts or ideas contained in the song which can be directly referencing lyrics, styles associated with the genre (cowboy hats for country songs) and a reference or two to the muscian or band.

Gotta go to the doctor. Solern called it on the last journal. Developed a sore on the back of my thigh for sitting too long too often throughout the week and it hurts like a motherfucker. So i gotta move more frequently and keep myself from sitting as much as possible until hopefully it can heal. The soonest I could set up a doctor's appointment was for Tuesday so it's going to be a long five days. I decided to avoid the awkwardness of the sessions I had today where I needed to take breaks in the middle of sessions just to go on a 15 minute walks around the house. So I decided that for this week unless a better treatment is suggested by my doctor and it doesn't get worse, I will be doing 5 two hour sessions this week. Shorter sessions, more opportunities to get up off this painful wound and hopefully it will heal soon. Had a lot of requests this week but I was able to get everybody that made some noise in my direction this week save one slot.

I will put you in the raffle if you commission me or refer paying customers to me and they have to say you referred them to make it valid. There will be two categories. The Score Board, and the General Raffle.

The New Referral Score Board! Only scoring just be referrals. This means if a client name drops you before, during, or after a commission is completed and it was paid for. You will earn a referral point. You will be ranked against other people who have referred paying customers and the the top three will win prizes of free hours to use. This also includes... Your charactr being included in another clients paid commission, Getting a gift done from a client, Using your free hours from the previous month on somebody else.

Got a lot of requests this week, especially new people and people I thought wouldn't be asking for work during this whole thing going on. So I'm forgoing Gym time as since I'm not able to work out at the gym, and my mornings of at home exercises are kinda being undone by the rest of the day sitting on my ass working on art. So I gotta make use of my breaks to do my work outs. Also I adopted 2 puppies that were dumped into our neighborhood. They are precious and adorable and I will be feeding them all the treats.

Fan Art
I'd like to draw in different styles or do something that would get me more views. Anything that features popular well known characters and IPs. No original characters dressed as other characters.

Furry Go
Take a picture of somewhere Irl and I will draw your character in the scene. As if it was found in the Poke'mon Go App (no irl nude selfies please)

Progrock
Anything that resembles like a Yes album cover or song. Semi-pscyadelic. Or any other design that might be on some college dude's poster or Dad's old Audio Casset collection. Bonus points if it is specifically referncing, inspired by, or directly named after a Yes Song.

Comic
If your picture is of a multi-paneled with a clear narrative with a begining, middle, and end or the story could be told in 1 to 2 pages.

Chrome/HeavyMetal
Looking to play with textures, if your peice features gratuitous amounts of metal, like armor, robotos, spaceships, anything that is overwhelmingly full of metal.

Reference goodie bag
Ask for a link to my collection of reference materials for styles for art, hair, attire. And examples of anatomy, poses, compositions, color uses, expressions, and memes I want to attempt to incorporate into my style. Pick at least a combo of 3 images with what you'd specifically want out of them. I'd love for the challenge to improve myself.

I Want my MTV
I'll do a comission whose inspired themes are based around a pop song that would've premiered on MTV. Big Bonus points for songs that charted in the top 100 even as recently as currently. But essetially the comission has to contain concepts or ideas contained in the song which can be directly referencing lyrics, styles associated with the genre (cowboy hats for country songs) and a reference or two to the muscian or band.

How you all holding up? Taking both Friday and Sunday off. Friday is for preparing for the dinner on sunday. Small family this year with the goings on. Still gonna prepare a lot and spend time with my grandmother. Help her with the dishes she needs set up before we fully cook them on the day of the dinner
