Though it's been a while since I've gotten any art from them, I had been intending for a while on featuring / during one of my Awesome Artist weeks. They did some awesome stuff a while back that I've procrastinated posting for long enough now.

Not doing the whole AC meme thing. Don't have time for that shit. But yeah, going to AC for the first time. First time at any con in several years. If you wanna find me, just look for someone who looks like they belong in a gym and not a furry con and you probably found the right person.

Not sure where I plan on going with it. Probably gunna be a combo of RL, furry and random crap. Hoping it'll help spark me into doing more creative stuff since I haven't been drawing or writing at all lately. If you're interested, the username is LukeDelfino.

It's been a while since I did an Awesome Artist feature, and while I'll be a bit busy this month to do a full monthly feature, is more than deserving of a weekly feature. I've gotten a few pieces from him in the past year, and it's some of my favorite stuff that I've gotten lately. If you don't know his stuff, you should.

It seems like these Awesome Artist of the Month months have a theme of happening every 3 months lately. November is gunna be dedicated to who does way way way too many awesome YCHes that I am unable to keep myself from purchasing at great frequency.

And even though November doesn't start till tomorrow (unless you're in Asia or Australia right now), his Awesome Month gets to start today since there are a couple Halloween YCHes he did.

It's been a few months since I did one of these, so August's Awesome Artist of the Month is gunna go to the ever awesome . It's been a while since I got art from him, but that's gunna be changing soon ;D

And it's also gunna be a bit of a double dip of awesomeness because a while back offered to color the pics I had gotten from Huttser. I'll be posting both the originals and the colored versions, so we'll basically have 2 Awesome Artists this month.

As you may or may not have heard, I was suspended for posting "cub porn." The image in question was one of me and Roop's female form having sex. A user on InkBunny drew the lines, and Roop colored it.

This image:
- Had no cubs involved whatsoever
- Had no links to Ink Bunny in any way.
- Had no proclamation that it was cub nor endorsed cub porn

Yet the image was reported (not gunna name names, but I don't think i need to), and I was suspended. They also took down my previous journal where I complained about Roop getting suspended a few days prior to me for posting the same image (getting reported by the same guy). I tried to make an appeal on the day I was suspended, but no one has responded to my appeal yet. I just created a Trouble Ticket to address the issue, so hopefully I'll hear back... at some point.

The big issue here (aside from the lack of competence on the part of the Admin who carried through the suspension and wasn't able to recognize this pic was in no way cub) is that my account is now at risk for being permabanned by some other butthurt furry who might come along in the future and report me for something inaccurate, and because of how this situation is being handled by the site so far, I don't have confidence a future matter would be dealt with any better. Hell, I feel at risk even by posting this journal (to which I would also say I believe I'm acting pretty damn civil and am not attempting to "harass" any of the site's officials).

So yeah... we'll see where this goes. At least I'm back... for now.

So it's been a few months since I did an Awesome Artist month. Work's been crazy lately, and I haven't had time to post stuff as consistently. But I'm gunna give this month to who has been a good friend of mine for a couple months now. He does some pretty awesome sketch art, and he's gotten into some digital stuff and even some animating lately. He's done a bunch of stuff for me in the past couple years, so prepare yourselves for an onslaught of folf and lucario nonsense XD

So I'm thinking of doing some sort of contest for the first 500 watchers on my alt account with maybe some sort of prize to go along with it. Not sure what the contest will be yet or what the reward for winning will be. It'll probably be winning art from me, a spot in a story maybe, or maybe a spot in a commission.

Anyone have any ideas on what kind of contest and/or reward they'd be interested in?

So, I just realized that I haven't given an Awesome Artist of the Month feature yet. I was gunna do it during his birthday month, but we kinda ended up being pretty busy that month >.> So I guess the next best thing is to give him the first Awesome Month since our move back up to NY.

So I've been super fuckin busy the past month or so getting everything ready to move from NJ to upstate NY. and I have bought a house, and the move is finally happening on Thursday. Don't expect to hear much from me for the next few weeks as I get settled (gunna be slow with Notes replies and with getting art done), but I'll still be around, and hopefully it won't be long before I get drawing and writing again, but we shall see.
